Erillinen vierastalo (erittäin yksityinen) täysin kalustettu, noin 500 neliömetriä, joka esittelee yhtä makuuhuonetta, yhden kylpyammeen suihkulla; queen size -vuodesohva takkahuoneessa, TV, sohva ja keittokomero, jossa on pesuallas, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin (Kureig), pieni jääkaappi ja leivänpaahdin. Siinä on iso vaatehuone. Se on ihanteellinen paikka yhdelle tai kahdelle henkilölle. Vierastalo on erotettu pääkodista kävelysillalla, ja sillä on oma pyöreä ajotie ja pysäköinti kahdelle ajoneuvolle. Tämä kaunis vierastalo on 4 km: n päässä Carefree, AZ ja 6 km: n päässä Cave Creek, AZ.
Tämä majatalo sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Tonton kansallinen metsäalue. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja porealtaan.

Exceptional guest house in a stunningly scenic location. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Beautifully furnished with comfortable bed, high quality linens. Well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Multiple outside seating options to enjoy desert mountain views and greater Phoenix night lights. Guests have access to pool loungers, pool, spa, sport court. Great location to drive to Cave/Creek, Carefree, and North Scottsdale restaurants, shopping, hiking. Tonia is a welcoming host and an excellent communicator.

Beautiful casita/Wonderful hostess
Beautiful, private casita in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Just 5-10 minutes to Carefree and Cave Creek. Communication with hostess, when needed, was fast and she checked in a few times to make sure I had everything that I needed. Beautiful pool and spa, even though weather didn’t cooperate to use them. Comfortable bed and very clean casita with private entrance and own driveway. I hope to stay here again!

Perfect Cozy Getaway
The house was so nice and perfect for our 4 night stay. We loved the neighborhood and location. The hot tub under the stars was so relaxing. The owners were super sweet and thought about adding every extra necessity to the house. We enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this guest house in Carefree, Az!

Casita perfect for Two!
We had a 5 night stay in this lovely casita. plenty of parking and privacy. nice big tv, fireplace, walk in closet and roomy bath. spacious patio and shared outdoor amenities with main house like hot tub and putting green. Communication with Tonia was easy and prompt. We will return.

Located north of Scottsdale in a tranquil quiet spot. Guest house is well equipped but does not have a full kitchen. Amenities includes use of outside activities part of the main house (pool, hot tub, pickle ball, basketball and golf practice area). The host was available and very responsive.

Perfect !
We stayed 2 weeks in Tonia and Robb’s lovely “cottage”. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed many hours all alone in their incredible “resort-like” backyard . Tonia had great recommendations for restaurants and places to go and she was spot on with every single suggestion. We are sad to leave the gorgeous views, the sunsets, and of course the weather …headed back to MN and snow … We will be back 🤗

This is a great destination! We loved the quiet, the privacy, the sunsets, and the pool. It is also super close to great hiking trails. The hosts, Tonia and Rob, were quick and helpful communicators from our first inquiry to our departure. We would definitely return and we highly recommend this casita.

Tonia was so wonderful and welcoming. The listing was just as described, the house and neighborhood were beautiful! The pool/spa was gorgeous and we had a wonderful trip! The bed and pillows were so soft and cozy and the bath towels were the softest I've ever felt! A lot of care goes into this property and it shows!

We loved staying at this guest house that included everything we needed. Tonia is the BEST hostess and was helpful to all our questions. Very clean! We walked the beautiful neighborhood every day and visited Old Town Scottsdale and took a day trip to Sedona (strongly suggest) Tonia has great restaurant suggestions…you might want to get from her ahead of time and make a few reservations before you go. We want to back and visit Arizona AND Tonia!

Awesome Getaway
This was a perfect place to stay for our getaway. The location is great being very close to Carefree and out of the hustle bustle of Scottsdale. The guest house had everything we needed and was very nice. The owners were very accommodating. It's a very private setting which we liked. There are many restaurant options close by in Carefree and Cave Creek. And the proximity to various hiking trails in the area was ideal for us.

Best Experience We Ever Had
Can't say enough good things about our stay. Tonia is a great host and wonderful person. Stand alone Casita/Guest House with high end finishes, impeccable design and virtually brand-new. Microwave, Kuerig, local recommendations for hikes, food etc. Private parking , access to pools, hot tub, pitching green. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and close to anything you need, but away from any city noise, lights or traffic. It was so relaxing and hassle-free due to Tonia's expertise. We want to come back - often.
