Firstly let me say that this place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Having said that there was no coffee machine you had to get your coffee out of a vending machine in the lobby. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no balcony furniture. It over looked a huge dirt pit (parks and rec) it is not in old town as the name suggests but rather a 20 minute walk each way. The hot tub was not hot and the water was murky with brown bubbles. There was no heat in our unit and we had to watch tv and eat our meals with our coats on. Would never stay here again

We ended up not to stay there. Its more for residents. The check in process is like you are doing a loan in the bank and you have to do it in their app. Our plan was to have a good day and night around the area but it was a nightmare. When We were checking in, the app didn't allow me to continue if I didn't pay for an extra time checking out the next day, then you have to pay for your parking space. They have codes for everything.

Nonsensical Stay

Dirty... crusty dog poop in the hallway, nasty stains in the bedroom, front desk is never around. This is an apartment trying to be a hotel. Wouldn't recommend for any reason. $25 a night for parking, $150 deposit and ANOTHER $150 deposit if you want a second room key.

I booked the suite for 5 days, and pre paid in full. My flight was delayed and I checked in the day after scheduled check in. They had rented the suite to someone else as they were fully booked. I had to be very persistent to get a refund as their first response was no refund. I was left looking for another hotel. Unacceptable.

Location is convenient. Be prepared to pay for parking. Apartment is scarcely appointed so while there is a full kitchen, it isn’t very useful. No coffee in room, so know you’ll need to venture out to get that. Check in and out process is confusing and would be neat impossible if you arrive after business hours. The apartment itself was new, but cheaply done with low quality builder grade pieces throughout. It’s fine…especially if you have low expectations

The property itself was very nice, but the communication was super difficult. It's essentially a "no real person available to help" kind of property, so if you have actual questions, no one is really available to help. Parking is about $30/day, which was not made clear on their reservation site.

Unique experience. The apartment is in the same building as residential apartments. New building with nice amenities ( outside pool, workout room and pool table.) parking is an additional fee. Check in was easy and no problems with communication from the front desk concierge. Great location to shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

Not worth the hassle

Where do I start. Check in was a nightmare. Everything is a code from entry to getting your keys. Retrieved key from key cafe but it didn’t work. After several trips up and down the elevator to the front desk and the front desk personally having to verify the key didn’t work finally got in my room after an hour wait. If it was after hours and no one was there to help I’m not sure I would’ve ever got in. Now, let’s talk about the parking. There’s minimal parking outside and the time limit is three hours if you want to park at this place, you have to pay $25 additional and rent the space for a specific time limit. Once again, this is another electronic type system where you have to scan a barcode and rent your spot. I had my girlfriend do this while I was dealing with the key situation once we left for the evening assuming she had the parking squared away we came back at night and the parking we had paid for had apparently expired. So again we had to pay another $25 to reserve a parking spot to enter the garage. Upon entry, the spot we reserved was already taken by another car since everything is electronic there’s no way to contact anyone or get the situation revolved I guess it’s just another $25 loss now totaling $50 for parking that I’ve never even got to use. To avoid getting towed, I had to park across the street at the mall and walk back to the hotel at 2 o’clock in the morning. Need to s say I will never stay here again and advise anyone to use caution before booking.
