Location...Location...Location!!! 1600 square foot 3 bed/2 bath rambler sleeps 6, 3 queen sized beds, and even a pack and play (porta-crib) for your little one, gives everyone plenty of room to spread out. Our home has an open floor plan with 4 flat screen TV's (60",44", 23" and 18') the 60" has a DVR and VHS and extended channels and the guest rooms have built in DVD player. The backyard has Malibu lights and tropical landscape. This includes a natural gas BBQ, patio furniture (table & chairs and 2 chaise lounges). There are games, puzzles, internet connection to enjoy or just peace and quiet--we've got it all.

Surprise Stadium, home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals is a short 1/2 mile from your home away from home, as is Surprise Tennis and Racquet Ball Complex, Pickle Ball courts and the Dream Catcher Ball Park. The Rainbow Play Park and Urban Fishing is right next to the Library and across from the ball field. The Ottawa University is located right behind the Dream Catcher Ball Park. The Peoria Sports Complex, Chase Baseball Field, Goodyear Stadium, Glendale Arena, Westgate, Suns Basketball Arena, Cardinal Football Stadium, NASCAR PIR, and Luke Air Force base are only a short drive away. For the golf enthusiast there are dozens of local courses and hundreds around us. Live theater, the zoo, hiking trails, fishing, movies, bowling, restaurants, shopping, urgent cares, hospitals and much, much more are all in or near surprise.

Property was in great location for what we wanted to do. Somewhat disappointed the hot tub was out of order and could not be repaired during our stay. It would have made things more enjoyable. Somewhat surprised we were not offered any kind of discount as that was a big selling point.

Short stay for our daughter's graduation.
The kitchen and overall house was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the games in the closet. The house was very close to our venue for Saturday. Unfortunately we were told a few ours before arriving the hot tub was out of order. We were unable to get on the WiFi until we finally located the box to reset. We were frustrated that we couldn't load the dishwasher and start it before leaving our stay but had to wash all the dishes before leaving. As just loading and starting the dishwasher before leaving has always been the custom in the places we have used before. The ice maker didn't work and that was a little inconvenient. Overall the stay went well.

Quiet oasis from the AZ heat.
This home is in a quiet, safe, nice neighborhood. Having the house to ourselves was wonderful. The hot tub was a treat after 12 hours of driving. I will definitely stay here during my next trip.

The property was neat, clean and very quaint. I was provided check-in instructions several days prior to my arrival. My flight was delayed (4-hours) and I was able to communicate that to Randy and June. They were considerate enough to let me know they would leave a light on for me inside the house. They even left the exterior garage lights on so I wouldn't have to fumble around. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!!

Great getaway!
As soon as we walked in we loved it. We were also surprised because the inside looked BETTER than in the pictures. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and kitchen stuff, lots of games for the kids to play. The neighborhood was great and soo many houses were decorated for the holidays. Location was great and easy to access anything you would need within a 5 minute drive. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as shown & described. I was impressed by how many utensils were available in the kitchen. Our stay wasnt long enough to cook but if it was we definitely would have not needed anything but the food. Well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. Played Sorry with the kids & had a great time. Most places you go to on vacation you usually run out of necessities. Not with this house, plenty of blankets, pillows and the living room was large enough that the kids chose to sleep out there with the TV. We all ended up watching the Incredibles together. Walked to the park which was very close & enjoyed that as well.
