it was very pleasant and cozy for two people. The only thing was that the bathrooms are upstairs but other then that it was very nice and bed are very comfy.

Fit our needs
Houae was very clean. No frills or extras but we brought all our own toiletries so it was fine. Didnt cook so not sure about kitchen supplies. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Very close to Westgate Entertainment area and stadiums. Good size for the 2 of us. Couches are small and not very comfortable. I slept in bedroom that faces front of condo and the parking. Maybe because it was midweek but I was woke up both mornings starting around 5am with cars starting, doors slamming and people talking. Overall a good place to stay.

Family and football
Check in/out was quick and easy. Directions provided made finding the townhouse simple and easy. Townhouse was conveniently located to everything we needed, yet removed from the hustle and bustle for nice quiet downtime. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly.

The property was great for our long weekend. Parking was easy and convenient, right in front of the unit. The pool was steps away. The grounds were quiet. The townhome was clean spacious, and had all the amenities that we needed for to make us feel at home. The location was great. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.

Phoenix in the heat for NFL & WNBA experience
Loved the place! Kept busy so we were unable to enjoy the pool but maybe next time. We got to experience the high of 115F. coming home from the Sunday football game. Easy in and easy out had an early exit flying out at 5:40am. but we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The Webers

Nice and relaxing
Very cozy little condo, very close to the pool, 2 master bedrooms with a tub in one room and standing shower in the other. No bathroom downstairs so you have to go up to use the restroom. Pool area was very nice and quiet all around. Would definitely book again!

Just plain dirty
This property could be great. Location is good. Floorplan is nice. It's quiet. But it was just dirty. We were staying for a month so of course we were going to buy groceries. Had to clean the refrigerator before we would put our food in it. Needed one cupboard for food. The easier one to clean had 2 bottles of pancake syrup on their sides leaking. Had to clean that up. The floors hadn't been swept in who knows how long. There was glitter everywhere. Kitchen floor, both bathroom floors, vanities, everywhere. Tinsel on the carpet. My wife stepped on acrylic fingernails. The washing machine had detergent spilled in it. We could have contacted the host and complained, but then what? Have the same crew that cleaned it this time come in? Don't like people in when our stuff is there. If it was clean it would be a nice place.

Needs a good cleaning!
This would not be a bad place if they gave it a good deep clean. Everything was just kind of dirty. Blinds need a good wipe down, appliances had grime on the outside. Air vents need to be cleaned. Pans and silverware were dirty. The bathroom floors had hair . . . Otherwise, this is in a good location, close to ball fields and the Westgate entertainment District.

Very cute townhome!
We came to Phoenix to move our daughter to GCU. Loved the townhome, very nicely decorated and cozy. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. Loved the ice maker on the refrigerator. We used the washer and dryer and were happy to have it as we bought sheets and towels for the dorm room and wanted to wash ahead of move in. The parking space is in front of the entrance so very convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet unit, no noise from neighbors. Would stay again!
