Welcome to the home for your next vacation or short term stay for up to 12 guests!! This modern desert hideaway is freshly remodeled and ideal for a group trip or family vacation in the Arizona sunshine. This property has a brand new Pentair Pool Heater and Chiller to ensure the pool is warm enough or cool enough during your stay (Yes, pools in Arizona can get up to 95 degrees from May to September, so don't get stuck renting a home without a Pool Chiller during summer months!)

This Arcadia Phoenix home is in a prime location for nightlife, the best restaurants, shopping, and has great access to the airport and highway to get you anywhere in the city quickly!

Enjoy the private pool and backyard oasis which features 8 lounge chairs, a double shaded chaise lounger, multiple umbrellas, a large grassy area for cornhole / bags games, and a large covered patio with dining table, adjustable Smart TV, foosball table and dart board.

BEDROOMS
Each of the four bedrooms are tastefully curated with clean and modern pieces, extremely comfortable bedding and mattresses, wall mounted TVs (either Smart TV or linked to an Apple TV device). The three bathrooms are beautifully updated and tiled.

The master bedroom has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and dual headed shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom sleeps up to four people as it has both a king bed and a queen sized custom-made sleeper sofa.

A third bathroom is just steps away from bedrooms 2 and 3!

The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed & twin over twin bunk beds and is also set up to sleep 4.

LIVING SPACES
The home boasts of a large white subway tiled kitchen, complete with top of the line Viking appliances and stocked with all the tools and smaller appliances for your cooking endeavors. The kitchen, dining, and living space flow together in an open floorplan with leather and wood accents. The dining table has comfortable seating for 10 and the kitchen island has 3 bar stools.

The living room boasts a huge 75 inch smart TV, very comfortable leather couches, a soundbar for great quality sound whether watching TV / Movies or listening to bluetooth music, and over 15 board games for family entertainment (stored inside the entertainment center)

Ceiling fans are installed throughout the home and also on the covered back patio. Enjoy eating dinner outside, relaxing on the outdoor sectional couch and watching a movie, or catching some rays in the plethora of lounge chairs and pool floaties. The home is equipped with a new washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and YOUTUBE TV in the living room, patio and in each bedroom.

If you decide to venture out on the town, you are just minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square or Biltmore shopping centers, the best restaurants and nightlife in the valley.

Amazing House!

Our two families (9 people in total) had the absolute best week staying at this property! The pool was a huge hit with the 5 kids and there were plenty of beds for everyone. We really appreciated all the cookware and spices available. We would 100% recommend this house to others, especially those travelling with multiple families!

March in Arizona

Weather was iffy but the room home was perfect for a relaxing family re-group. We had my daughter's two doggies and the house and backyard were a dream. The kitchen, the bedrooms, the open LR and kitchen opening onto the patio was superb. Only two issues: we used the pool and paid for it to be heated and that was well done. Problem with keeping it clean from all the leaves from blowing in. Once the landscapers came late in the week, the yard and hardscape were much better. The second negative was the water pressure in the kitchen sink and sometimes had warm, not hot water in the showers. But overall, we gave it an A. We would absolutely rent again. Thanks Brendon for sharing it with us.

Family get away

This was a perfect home for a large family! The interior is beautiful, the bedrooms are large, and the amenities have something for everyone! You can lounge by the pool, play outside games, or enjoy any of the large TV's inside or outside the property! We used the BBQ one evening and it was great! The house has it all! Would rent this home again!

Great place for a group!

The host Brendon was great. Maintained great communication throughout the process. House was just as pictured. Very clean. Lots of room and comfortable for our group of 9. Beds were super comfortable. Well stocked for staying in and cooking. Great central location close to Airport, and lots of nearby places to eat and grocery stores stores (Costco, Target, etc.). Overall our stay at Rancho Ventura was was pleasant and enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable 4th of July weekend. Awesome Stay in Phoenix!

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The entire place is well decorated, spacious and offers lots of privacy with large bedrooms. The yard is large, peaceful and has a lovely patio seating in the shade, including a nice outdoor dining table. The pool was also lovely. The kitchen is well equipped compared to other short term rentals we'd stayed and technology (Apple TV's, blazing fast internet) was appreciated. I'd note the very comfortable beds and linens, which we loved and offered a nice, quiet sleep. I would 100% stay here again!

Amazing stay for a bachelorette party!!

I rented this house for a short weekend stay for my sisters bachelorette party! I really enjoyed how this property was in close proximity to the airport & downtown Scottsdale/Old Town Scottsdale. Communication with the property manager and owner was quick. He even allowed for a late checkout as some of the girls had a later flight. The only issue we had was the vacuum in the pool wasn’t working, which wasn’t that big of a deal, but the owner was very responsive in attempting to troubleshoot it. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!!! Thank you.

Amazing home!

This house was perfect with a group of friends! It was very spacious, and the communal areas of the kitchen and living room were more roomy than the pictures indicate. It was very comfortable for a group of eight to stay here. The backyard is as depicted as well, and they have bags, and plenty of lounge chairs to make sure of it everyone is pleased. Would definitely rent again.

Really enjoyed my time here for our group of 6 girls. Great locations, plenty of street parking and easy to get around the town to major restaurants and attractions. The area felt safe and the home was exactly as listed on vrbo. I would definitely stay here again next time i'm in scottsdale!

We were lucky to find availability at this lovely house 12 hours before check in (our first property canceled on us at the last minute). I was a fantastic fill-in for 8 ladies looking for rest and relaxation. Debra was super accommodating and our stay was lovely. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was nice and warm. Beach towels provided. Close to the airport and some good restaurants. Highly recommend.
