Hotellin alue oli hieno ja huoneet olivat viihtyisät, huone siivottiin päivittäin, mutta parvekettamme ei siivottu melkein 2 viikkoon jonka vuoksi sillä oli paljon muurahaisia ja niitä tuli myös sisälle. Respassa ja taksin tilauspisteellä oli ihana henkilökunta, mutta hotellin rantaravintoloissa, varsinkin shacissa henkilökunta oli erittäin tympeää, huokailivat jos jotain yritti kysyä tai hakea sieltä. Hotelli oli melko kaukana keskustasta mutta taksilla sinne pääsi helposti ja sen sai suoraan hotellilta tilattua. Aamiainen oli kattava ja hyvä!

Hotelli alue itsessään on hyvä, mutta sijaitsee kaukana kaikesta ja hotellilla se on ymmärretty niin että heillä on oikeus laskuttaa kaikesta 2-3 kertaisen hinnan kaupunkiin nähden. Huoneet olisi ok jos ne siivottaisiin kunnolla, nyt siivouksen jälkeen huone oli edelleen epäsiisti. Henkilökunta osaa paikotellen englanti mutta vain paikotellen. Hotelli ei ansaitse 4tähden luokitusta juuri ja juuri 3 tähteä.

Hotelli oli uusi ja puhdas. Hienot modernit huoneet ja hyvä siivous. Aamupala oli erittäin runsas ja hyvä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ranta oli hieno ja mukavat aurinkotuolit. Hotellilta Keskustaan kesti taksilla n. 10-15 min ja maksoi 120.000 dongia. Hotellissa syötiin ainoastaan aamiainen. Huomattavasti edullisempaa keskustassa.

Great hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much because hotel was really clean and comfortable. We stayed 11 nights and the hotel staff were really friendly and they helped us every time if needed. Breakfast was perfect: they had many options. Hotel was a bit far away from the city so we had to rent a scooter or take a taxi every time we wanted to go there. I would warmly recommend this hotel if you want to relax!

Hotel ist abseits von allem! Daher schön ruhig. Wenn es ums Essen geht, ist es sehr problematisch. Die drei Hotelrestaurant bieten nichts für Vegetarier auf der Menükarte und das in einem 4 Sterne Hotel! Das Essen ist überteuert für die Qualität die man erhält. Total frustrierend! Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebus dreimal am Tag an, welcher in die Stadt fährt und wieder zurück. Meistens sind alle Sitzplätze ausgebucht. In der Stadt hat es kaum wa für Vegetarier. Die Sonnenstühle am Pool werden mit Badetüchern reserviet, sodass man kaum Platzfindet und die Personen welche die Sonnenstühle reserviert haben, kommen evtl. kurz für paar Minuten! Es sollte Verboten sein die Sonnenstühle zu reservieren! Ausserdem sind diese Sonnenstühle umbequem, da sie zwei Stangen auf Rückenhöhe haben die man spürt und viele Stühle bereits ausgelegen sind. Für ein 4 Stern Hotel sind die Sonnenstühle schlecht, umbequem und inakzeptabel! Die Zimmer werden unterschiedlich geputzt. Mal vergessen sie Sachen aufzufüllen. Für Vegetarier und Personen die bequem auf Sonnenstühlen entspannen wollen, ist das Hotel nicht geeignet.

Modisches Hotel ein wenig abseits der Stadt

Pros: Die wunderschöne Hotelanlage.
Cons: Das Personal spricht nicht so gut Englisch. Dadurch war zum Beispiel ein Fisch nicht ganz durchgebraten. Ausserdem war die Kaution sehr hoch.
Es war ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer sehr tollen Anlage. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und der Poolbereich gut ausgestattet. Leider war der Strand gerade beim Hotel nicht so schön, wahrscheinlich da viele Fischerboote oft in der Nähe sind. Das Essen war sehr gut bis auf einen Salat mit DijonSauce.

Wirklich sehr tolles Hotel mit sehr schönem Pool. Das Entertainment am Pool war störend, wenn es erst gegen Abend war okey, dann sind wir immer auswärts essen gegangen, aber am Nachmittag wen man entspannen möchte sehr nervig mit dem Schlagzeug und singen können sie auch nicht gut. Verschiedene Bands wäre eine gute Idee. Das Morgenessen war ausgezeichnet. Unbedingt einen Roller mieten und an den Sao Beach im Osten gehen :)
