no elevator. hard stairs. shower water coming very slow. Bathroom sink tap leaking and noisy. Booked for 7 days stayed only two days. no refund. had to pay for another hotel for another five days. Staff very kind and excellent service.

Lamentablemente no era lo que esperaba. Linda decoracion pero solo eso. En los filtros de hotels.com aparecia que tenia dedayuno y ellos en sus folletos mencionan un "light breakfast", sin embargo al llegar nos dijeron que no habia desayuno en el hotel. Solo hay barritas de arroz y cafe instantaneo... Un desastre. Lo peor de todo es que en los alrededores tampoco hay lugares abiertos desde temprano para poder tomar un cafe o comer algo. Mal ubicado, no tiene ningun servicio o ayuda de las personas de la recepcion. Nadie te ayuda a subir los bolsos por las escaleras.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Elegant building and rooms. Close to great pizza and Indian restaurants, shopping mall and brewery. Not far from old Phuket town. Really enjoyed our time there.

The bungalows are super minimalist and good for a feeling of “glamping” just roughing it a little, which I enjoyed. They were right there on the beach, gorgeous all day and at night. The staff were awesome, pleasant and helpful.

Very stylish sino-portuguese decor and immaculately clean. Room with stacked bunk bed for 4 may be a bit small for those who is claustrophobic and hotel next to main highway (mild noise), but otherwise good location.

I liked the cleanliness and room condition. It’s closed to department stores, night market (Chillva Market). However if you are concerned about noise, this hotel may not recommended as it’s located near the main road

New facility with great Chinese style/decoration. However, this is not a good place for elderly since it has no elevator. Also, there are steps in rooms. Very limited breakfast but convenience to Central shopping mall.

Nice boutique hotel.
Nice boutique hotel within walking distance to the big Central Phuket mal. Not located close to any sightseeing spots. Transportation without a rental car is a problem, taxis are overpriced in Phuket. Overall not a bad hotel considering it’s relative price level in Phuket, but Phuket is definitely overpriced in general.

A pleasant stay.
The O’nya Hotel is very pleasant with spacious rooms which are very clean and well equipped. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The breakfast is nice and the WiFi is good. The hotel is located close to several shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment. Its on a major road which allows easy access to the rest of the island. The only criticism is that due to the authentic nature of the shuttered windows there is a lot of road noise.

Very clean but next to highway so noise is a problem. The rooms facing inside do not have any windows but the issue of noise is not there. The breakfast was disappointing. However looking at the cleanliness and comfort that can be ignored
