Hoot-N-Holler is a single-level ranch-style home with five bedrooms, accommodating 10 guests comfortably. Situated within walking distance to downtown Pigeon Forge.
Upon entering you'll be welcomed by a warm living space featuring a flat-screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. Enjoy a pool table for friendly family competitions, comfortable seating, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor gas grill to prepare delicious dinners for your family!
There are five private bedrooms in total. One bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached private bathroom, with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the third and fourth bedrooms have full-size beds, and the fifth bedroom is equipped with a set of twin-size bunk beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
The other two bathrooms are located in the hallways outside of bedrooms. Both have sinks and toilets. One has a walk in shower. The other has a shower/tub combo.
The property features a spacious, flat yard with a nearby creek, along with a hot tub enclosed in a gazebo.
Hoot-N-Holler is conveniently located just two blocks from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, near popular spots like The Island, Margaritaville, and other attractions. You'll also find the LeConte Center, The Cal Ripken Experience, Dollywood, Dolly's Stampede, and a host of other thrilling destinations nearby!

The location and layout of the house were great.
There were 7 adults and 3 children with us. The hot water heater was not big enough to handle it and many of us had cold showers. The dishwasher needs to have the filter checked because the dishes were not getting cleaned. We had to run it twice each time. The washer and dryer worked great. The rooms did not heat and cool the same. The master bedroom with the bath was always a lot warmer than the other rooms.The garbage can was piled full with garbage when we arrived on Tuesday therefore we had no place to put our garbage. It wasn't picked up until THursday. We had to put out garbage on the front porch until the can became empty. The cooking dishes were limited.

Hoot n Holler was a great location! It's a lovely house and worked for our family perfectly!! The bedrooms/bathrooms were great. We would suggest some updates to the kitchen and possibly adding some appliances and newer dishware. We were able to make use of what was available! We couldn't get the DVD player to work, but found plenty for the kids to watch on the t.v. The hot tub was a big hit!!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! And the Christmas tree was a big hit!!! Thanks for a lovely home!!

We really enjoyed staying here for the week. The location is really close to everything and easy to get to. It was very quiet neighborhood and the house was everything we were expecting. We would stay here again whenever we are in the area.

Great Location for our needs
We picked Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for our family vacation this year. We wanted to experience nature, Fall colors, and just time with family. I found this VRBO through the app. The house accommodated all our needs. What we all really enjoyed was the fact that from the outside the house was just a house. However, the decor inside of the house made you feel like your were in an actual cabin. We also appreciated the quick response from Beach and Mountain when the handle on our microwave broke. After returning to the cabin, the microwave was fixed. All correspondence with Beach and Mountain was informative and the person communicating was kind and understanding. Thanks for a great stay!!
