Location!
Location is the best! Close to everything on parkway! Beds are super comfy which is a big deal breaker for my husband and I. This is the second time booking this cabin because we couldn’t pass up the location. It’s super comfy and we love that there is a fireplace in the bedrooms and family room. Also love that it’s easy to turn on with a timer! Shower has great water pressure and gets super hot! Seriously, so nice and we will absolutely be staying here when we travel back if it’s available!

We had a great stay at this cabin! Loved that it only had one small flight of stairs to get up to the front door. The rooms were spacious and had great big bath tubs with jets in both rooms and shower tub combos in both rooms. My kids loved the pinball machine and pool table. The hot tub was amazing! It got chilly at night so it was nice to have fireplaces in every room. It was easy to communicate with the owner, I would suggest texting instead of emailing them though. Only negatives? I wish the fridge had an ice machine/water instead of refillable cube trays, we had to use bottled water. Also we got to the cabin at night and the house numbers weren't visible so it was hard to identify the cabin at night. Other than that great stay would definitely stay again!

Great getaway
We enjoyed our stay. Property was conveniently located near all attractions, clean, well maintained. There was great communication with the property contact about an issue with hot tub. They acted quickly and had someone there to look into the issue. And when it couldn’t be fixed they replaced the hot tub while we out on afternoon.

Needs to be cleaned and repaired
Open arrival we noticed front handrail leading up to pourch was extremely loose. Upon entering we noticed that the back door knob was extremely loose (almost like it had been messed with). It was extremely hot in the cabin like we were sweating inside. The pinball machine seemed broken and the front of it was open. I quickly reached out to the owner/manger. She did quickly get the matiance man out to help us. He fixed the door knobs that were all loose. He showed us how to use pinball machine. However the door to it wouldn't stay closed we used a thick paper wedge in it to keep it closed. You have to unplug it because it randomly goes off and we were afraid it would cause a short. He also tried to fix handrail but it was still very loose. I did have to reach out to the owner/manager again during our stay because we found huge pieces of concrete inside kitchen cabinets from a recent remodel. We also had a lamp that wouldn't turn off. I didnt bother with the other items and issues because we spent most of our day out and about. However I will be reaching out to owner and letting them know the following. We had bugs in all bathrooms. We had to clean tub shower and sink before use due to bugs. No bath mats. Need towels for hot tub. ( we also had the issue if the cover getting stuck between window and hot tub) maintenence man was able to help with this. Not all the jets work on hot tub. There is mold in cabin.We had to call police one night due to loud party.

arcade game was broke, pool sticks have damaged tips, upstairs bathroom shower doesnt drain properly, could use some new frying pans. nice place, just needs a little owner upkeep.

The cabin location fit the needs for our Family. We came to stay at the cabin and not do much traveling around. the refrigerator water an ice machine wasn’t working. The pots and pans could use an upgrade when wanting to grill, there was no tools to use to grill with the grill was dirty. The Jacuzzi was unable to be used because it was All green and murky we had two towels in each bathroom for a five day stay one of the towels was all bleached out with spots all over it looked like a cleaning towel! the cabin was surface clean but it needs a clean it’s dirty definitely not about the guest staying no soaps, one garbage bags trashcan was filthy!before we left we did as asked we clean as you ask ! It’s a sweet homey place but you can tell it’s needing some TLC for guest visiting!

Relaxing getaway
The property has a nice location. Quiet area, quick access to Publix without having to get on the parkway. We stayed with another couple. Had a great relaxing time. It was nice have two king suites. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Awesome Beds, Some Disappointments
There are so many positive features of this cabin it is unfortunate that a few negatives detracted from the perfect stay. Pros: Close to the Parkway, but far enough away that noise isn't an issue. Beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable. Pool Table, Pinball machine, gas fireplaces, hot tub and in-room jetted oversized tubs were enjoyed every day. Cons: Kitchen countertops should have been replaced years ago. Anything placed on this surface will stick. It's just gross. Towels: It is disappointing to arrive at a cabin for a week and find two bath towels in the bathroom. We did find two more under the sink that we used for the hot tub. Consequently, we had to wash towels several times while there. If you arrive after dark for check-in you will not see a house number from the road. The black numbers, high on a dark-wood house, are not visible with car lights either if you pull into the driveway. My wife used her phone flashlight and walked up to the house to search for the black numbers.

Find Another Place
Our experience was less than satisfying. The cabin is rough to say the least. Not sure why we paid $158.00 for a cleaning fee when the cabin was not clean at all. Dust everywhere . Not good for someone with allergies and asthma issues like my wife. Floors not clean, as you could see from the bottom of any socks you wear. Kitchen not equipped with enough to even cook a meal. The one and only lamp in the living room will not turn on or off with the switch. You must plug it in and unplug it to turn it on and off. The lamp in the first level bedroom is the same. Really! You pay $416.38 a night and you can’t even have working lamps? One of the chairs for the dining table is also broken. After my mother-in-law almost fell out of it, we made sure that it was not used again. I did report this to the person listed on the reservation email. She replied and thanked me. Said she had not been informed before I reported it. So, if it is still broken when you check in, I did my best. Also, both bathrooms have multiple bulbs not working. How hard is it to replace a light bulb? It might be somewhat close to the parkway, but until this place is cleaned and updated it is not worth it. Find someplace else. I promise if you like to be in a place that is clean and livable this is not the place for you. If you want to ask me if I contacted anyone about this, I did not. Because if they would have been willing to do anything about our issues it would have meant that we would have to be out of the cabin for them to do it. So, we suffered through it. Folks, just please be careful of your expectations as we have stayed in multiple cabins in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and this is the absolute worst. I wish I could attach photos to let you all know how bad it really is. Good luck.

Great location in pigeon forge. Short drive to everything in town. Cabin was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. Kids enjoyed the pinball machine and arcade. Owner was very helpful as we arrived late the first night and had problems finding the address number on the house.
