Summary:
Welcome to 3316 Old Mill Street River Cottage #2! This riverfront cabin is located steps from The Old Mill District of Pigeon Forge! You cannot beat the location that this cabin offers! It's incredible! You are footsteps away from a huge variety of dining, shops, and entertainment. You can also walk to the middle of The Pigeon Forge Parkway! This newly built 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin sleeps up to 6 guests. Whether you want to relax or get in all the action, this is the cabin for you!

The Space:
Sleeps up to 6 guests max.

Cabin features high speed internet.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs)- King bed, smart tv, full bathroom with tub/shower combo

Loft (upstairs)- Queen bed, smart tv, full bathroom with shower

Living Room (downstairs)- Queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace (seasonal), smart tv

Fully stocked kitchen

Deck- seating and hot tub overlooking The Little Pigeon River

The Neighborhood:
This cabin is steps from The Old Mill District of Pigeon Forge, TN! You are literally in the heart of all the action that this area has to offer! You can walk to favorites such as The Old Mill Restaurant or The Pottery House Cafe! There are tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within footsteps of the cabin's front door. You can also walk to The Pigeon Forge Parkway. The cabin is located on The Little Pigeon River so you can just sit back and enjoy the sounds of rushing water right off the back deck of the cabin!

Getting Around:
We also recommend using a car, but you can literally walk to so many things that Pigeon Forge, TN has to offer that it's truly amazing!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and is very flat to get to being in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge. Without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided.

Bring your own coffee. Either grounds or k cups as the Keurig machine takes both.

You cannot beat this location. You are in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge and on the river! There are lots of attractions around including go karts that are across the river and through the woods. You may hear them from time to time while being outside on the deck.

It was exactly like the pictures. The most adorable house. We loved how we were in walking distance of so many things, especially the Old Mill. The view of the water was beautiful too. Plan on booking again!

This is the second cottage we’ve booked with Kirkland by the Old Mill District. We were so happy to be able to book in the same area again. This cottage was quaint and very clean. Highly recommended.

We chose this particular cottage because it was in close proximity of the Old Mill District and it was a perfect idea. We were able to go out the back way and go right on Teaster and not have to get on the parkway to do most things which was fabulous. The cabin was exactly as described and was very cozy for three adults and a tween. It’s very clean and well stocked I’ll definitely stay again

Sisters trip
First time staying at a rental, usually do hotels. Everything was super easy and exactly as described. So nice to have space all to ourselves. We walked to town multiple times a day and even to Dolly’s Stampede.

The location was great but there were a few housekeeping issues we found upon check in as far as cleanliness. The manager was very kind and quick to respond and to try to remedy the issues. If you like really soft beds, then the beds will be for you, however, we prefer a more firmer mattress than these as to where you don't sink down in the beds. Overall, our stay was nice. Loved the location and the walking trail close by.

The room was clean and the entire place smelled great. Locations was perfect for walking to the shops with small kids. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and geese in the back yard.

Great Location in Pigeon Forge
We opted to stay here instead of a hotel in town for our cheerleading competition weekend. It was at the nearby convention center and it couldn't have been easier to get to and quickly. We stayed a few extra days and loved everything. Only negative I would say is I couldn't find any spices and we just cooked breakfast at the cabin. Maybe stock a few simple salt/pepper, italian seasoning, cooking spray and just fyi bring your own bath shower products The only thing provided is small bar soap samples. Even during the busy pre-Christmas holiday we didn't have any issues getting where we needed being on the backroads. Was perfect for our family of 4. Way better than a hotel room shared.

Excellent Cottage, Location and Cute!
The Cottage was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was very nice inside, and the layout was great. The location was the best. We brought small kids, and they enjoyed being able to walk around, then coming back for a break and enjoying the backyard when we were not out and about at attractions. Great restaurant and icecream shop in walking distance, along with other attractions in walking distance. All major attractions we went to, were all within a few miles to drive to. We didnt get to try the breakfast place at end of street, but it was packed, when we stay next time we will make sure to try it!

Perfection
Perfection location for this quaint riverside cabin. Close to the parkway and an easy walk to all of the activities at Old Mill. The cabin has a covered deck and a picnic table down by the river which provide the best spot for your morning coffee. Very clean and comfortable with everything that you need for your stay.

Wonderful cabin, will stay again!
This cabin was not only lovely, well decorated and furnished, but the cleanest place I’ve every stayed in! It’s in the perfect neighborhood and close to plenty of places to eat (Old Mill House was amazing for breakfast!). out on the deck, the sounds of the creek are so relaxing and we even had a flock of Canadian geese next door to watch while we relaxed. You won’t regret staying at this lovely property!

Quiet retreat with fabulous location!!!
This quiet location is right off the busy Pigeon Forge area. You won't believe that it is hidden so close by. The cabin is well-appointed and within easy walking to shops and restaurants. An unexpected bonus is the nightly Dollywood fireworks from the front porch. I'd definitely recommend this cabin to family and friends.

very nice and relaxing stay
Chris the property owner was really great..... if you want close to things to walk to...... this is your place. The cabin was exactly as advertised and very clean. We will stay again. Thanks for the relaxed Christmas Holiday. The only thing I would suggest is maybe an artificial Christmas tree during the Holidays for those that stay during Christmas, especially if they have small children.

This property was just as advertised. VERY clean! And all new! Had no issues whatsoever. Probably my favorite place I have stayed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Loved the location. Dining and shopping within walking distance. Backyard and deck area/hot tub nice and clean! Very happy with this place!! Would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family!
