A greay getaway cabin
We had a greay time staying in this cabin. The owner and managers responded promptly to any questions or concerns throughout the booking process/stay. Thr living room had quite a bit of dead lady bugs but it was fine. The water in the shower, as a few other reviews mentioned also, was warm at best. Don't expect a hot shower at least in the main floor shower. We would definitely book again and the location is perfect.

We held our annual girls weekend this past weekend and was so happy with our decision on this cabin. It’s in a great location but the first time in 14 years we didn’t even leave the cabin. Stacey, the host was so sweet and very accommodating and will definitely be back soon!

We really enjoyed staying here with our family. Wished we would’ve planned to stay in more than out and about. Really had to watch granddaughter with stairs since she crawling so definitely would bring a baby gate next time I stayed here. Overall was great place! Wished could’ve stayed longer.

My sisters and I had a relaxing stay at your cabin! The multiple decks was so nice and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The cabin is a great location and the mountain coaster near the rental was so fun! A few things to note, there are zero spices at the cabin, not even salt and pepper which I feel like Is very standard in most rentals. Second, the cabin has very little privacy, which I was unaware of until we arrived. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Great customer service!
We had a wonderful time in this cabin! It was in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip but literally a 5 minute drive to the strip. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit, hot tubs and separate levels for our family! Sunny and Stacey were absolutely amazing to work with! The only complaint we had was we didn’t turn on ceiling fans because they needed to be dusted and the upstairs carpet needs to be replaced. The carpet had a lot of stains and wear to it. My family of 4 stayed upstairs and we always wore socks because of the look of the carpet. Overall, this cabin was wonderful and we will happily stay with My Smoky Rentals again as their customer service was top notch.

Perfect location!
We had a great stay! The space was nice for 4 adults plus. We ate all our meals at local restaurants so I cannot comment on the kitchen supplies. Communication was excellent. No issues! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cabin!

Great Vacation Spot
The cabin was in a beautiful location, set up perfectly for our needs. We had 6 scouts and 3 adults who only needed a 1 night stay on our way home from a high adventure trip. We were only there to sleep but the loft and upstairs bedroom were perfect for the boys, the separate bedroom on the main level was perfect for two adults and the last adult occupied the basement level which was equipped with a lovely bedroom, bath, lounge area and full laundry. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We will be back to rent for our own personal family vacations. We were surprised to find a cabin to rent to us for only 1 night, but we were so thankful to find one. Highly recommend!

Cabin was spacious and clean. Very cozy atmosphere and provided the right things needed for lots of kids. Was able to make meals with items provided and the views were nice. Even able to see some of the fireworks from Dollywood at night. Highly recommend
