Unearth the charm of rural life in our converted shipping container home, located amidst a bustling farm. This snug hideaway comes with a double bed, a functional kitchen, and a cozy living room. Large windows offer views of the countryside and roaming cows. Your private outdoor sitting area, complete with a hot tub and a BBQ grill, is perfect for serene evenings under the stars. This unique dwelling offers a refreshing change from the city's hustle, with a hint of rustic elegance.
Take your family away for the day to many near by attractions and shopping. You will be approx. 40 minutes from Hershey attractions, 30 minutes to Hollywood Casino, 15 minutes of Rausch Creek Off Road Park, 35 minutes to Christmas Village, 30 minutes to Yuengling Brewery (America's oldest brewery) and Cabelas. The lake offers boat access areas, playground, picnic pavilions, walking trails and fishing.
Enjoy hiking? The applachian trail is minutes away! Also, for those that enjoy cycling the Swatara Rail Trail within 10 minutes, Lebanon Valley Rail Trail is within 30 minutes and the Bartram/Schulkill River Trail for hiking or cycling just to name a few.
Our converted shipping container is a harmonious blend of modern style and rustic charm. As you step inside, you are greeted by a warm, inviting living room where you can unwind and relax. Adjacent is the fully-equipped kitchen, ready for your culinary adventures. The features a comfortable double-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Large windows not only let in an abundance of natural light but also present views of the surrounding farm and its resident cows.
Stepping outside, you're greeted by your private sitting area with a BBQ grill and a hot tub, offering a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate amidst the tranquil rural setting. Whether it's soaking up the sun in the day or stargazing at night, this outdoor space adds an extra touch of indulgence to your stay. This space encapsulates a unique balance of comfort, style, and tranquility, promising a truly unforgettable stay.
As our guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire place via a private entrance. This includes the full use of the kitchen, living room, bedroom, the outdoor sitting area, and the hot tub. The farm's serene surroundings are also yours to explore and enjoy. However, we kindly request that you respect the animals in their natural habitat. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please contact me prior to your arrival. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

My property is nestled in the tranquil heart of Pine Grove, offering a charming taste of Pennsylvania's idyllic countryside. The area is peaceful, perfect for those seeking a breather from city life. Here, you'll be surrounded by vast green fields, scenic landscapes, and, if you're lucky, you might spot cows grazing leisurely.
A short drive from my place, you'll find local amenities, interesting attractions, and delightful eateries. However, the real charm lies in the quiet serenity and the chance to reconnect with nature right outside your door.
In our rural area, I recommend having a car for the most convenience. The roads around my property are well-maintained and lead you through some truly scenic drives. Local attractions, amenities, and delightful eateries are just a short drive away. However, the real pleasure is in exploring the immediate surroundings, where you can enjoy leisurely walks, catch a glimpse of the farm animals, and soak in the serene beauty of nature.
This unique accommodation is set in a vibrant rural area where you can connect with nature, enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, and indulge in luxurious amenities like our outdoor hot tub. Please note that as we're located on a working farm, you may encounter some farm-related activities and animals during your stay.
Weather-wise, our region experiences seasonal variations, with warm summers and cold, often snowy, winters. We recommend checking the local forecast before your arrival and packing accordingly. Despite being nestled in a rural setting, we're just a short drive away from local attractions and amenities, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Your understanding and respect for the rural environment and its inhabitants are greatly appreciated.

Please note that due to snow and weather conditions, the barbecue grills will be temporarily removed from December 1st to April 15th. This is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our guests and to prevent any damage to the grills during the winter season.
1. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
2. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm until 7am. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
3. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, the place has a maximum capacity of 2 guests. Please do not invite additional guests.
4. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we I effectively prepare for next guests.
5. Please note check-out time is by 11am. I can often accommodate late check-outs if you let me know in advance and additional charges may apply, result in $100 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
6. All reservations require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
7. Please be mindful of the surrounding farm animals and wildlife and avoid making loud noises that could disturb them.
8. Please use the designated parking area and do not block any driveways or access points.
9. Please turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating when not in use or when leaving the property to conserve energy.
10. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay.
