Pearly & Lois, is a family home fully renovated in 2023. It holds cherished memories of family gatherings and is now waiting for you to add your own when visiting the Brevard area, Pisgah National & Dupont State Forest.

Located on the bank of the Davidson River, guests can view those fly fishing or anglers can reserve their own private spot through Davidson River Outfitters. Public access to Davidson River is approximately a mile upriver just inside the Pisgah National Forest.

Pearly & Lois is the perfect vantage point for biking the area or those looking to hike or mountain bike. DuPont and Pisgah trailheads are only a short distance away.

After a long day of hiking, biking, fishing or exploring the area, our cozy bungalow offers all you will need to rest, relax and re-energize for your next adventure.

We had such a delightful stay at Pearly & Lois’s. It was immaculate, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great showers. Best of all, the decor was lovely. The location works for us because its close to family. Connie is very attentive to emails and gets back immediately. We will definitely stay again.

The cutest cottage ever!
This is our second year staying in this cute little cottage. It has all the comforts of home. The space is beautiful. There’s a little nook outside that you can sit and read your Bible or have your coffee while watching the horses play in the meadow next-door. Connie is very quick to answer any questions or to be there for any help you may need

We stay in the area a few days every summer, and this house was perfect for a few days in Brevard. The house was clean and central to all things Brevard whether you’re going downtown or up into the Blue Ridge. Would stay here again!

The cutest cottage in Brevard!
We had a wonderful time here! The location was great--just far enough out of town but yet close to the forest. We couldn't get over how clean the house was! There were plenty of dishes, utensils, wine glasses, towels, etc. We loved grilling outside while our kids caught lightning bugs and just had a great time enjoying the little shed in the back yard. If we are ever to come back to Brevard, we will 1000% stay here again. I could not stop sending my friends photos and videos of this place--just so perfect for our little family!!

Perfect location
So easy to get into pisgah and not a long drive from DuPont, gorges state parks. Lots of nostalgia about great grandparents houses but of course updated. Very clean and host provided all we needed for a weekend getaway.

The property was very clean, neat and well equipped. The host replied to our communications with her promptly. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of brevard. We felt very safe both inside the home and relaxing outside on the porch and backyard. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes and utensils. We will definitely rent this home again if we visit the brevard area again.

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and neat. They had everything you would need just like home. The house was very well renovated. Gave me the cozy cabin vibe. The location is great if u are going into the national forest. And just a few minute drive to the grocery store and downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and cute house by the river
My wife and I stayed here for our first trip to Brevard. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to support our stay. It was located very close to downtown Brevard as well as the Pisgah national forest. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful cottage
The cottage was adorable and very well renovated. It was also very clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. The neighborhood was a little disappointing to look at, but it was very quiet . Overall, I would definitely stay there again. The queen mattress needs to be replaced. You sink to the middle and with 2 people in it, it was very uncomfortable. The water control in the main shower is backwards hot and cold. Despite these things, I would stay again.

Feels like home
This property is exactly as described. Its so cute and charming and the most perfect location. 2 identical bathrooms, which was nice to have. I really enjoyed waking up and looking at the horses in the pasture. My only complaint was that the bed kind of sagged in the middle, but it wasn't too bad.

A nice getaway
Spent 4 days enjoying the trails of Pisgah with a ton of rain. The house was very comfortable and clean and absolutely ideal location. Would definitely come back. Beautiful property/location with the Davidson river literally across the street. For hiking,mountain biking, fishing or anything outdoor related this would make an ideal stay.

Perfect Little Cottage
My wife, myself and my brother were in Brevard for a family reunion and The Assault on the Carolinas. This was a perfect place to stay! My brother and I grew up in Brevard in the 60’s and 70’s. Neither could remember the last time we were on Davidson River Road, but what a treat. The location is so peaceful and yet only minutes from the center of town. The house has been lovingly restored into a perfect weekend retreat.

Great proximity to town and Forests. This home is clean and well cared for. Interesting neighborhood along the river. It was quiet and the river view was a treat. Great for outdoor enthusiasts.
