Too expensive. Had Roaches and needed upgrades in lighting and had broken dining table chairs.

Ok just disappointed because we expected better. We had to throw away some food because of the Roaches we found. Needs upgrades

Great beach getaway

We booked this home as it was very close to the beach and walkable to the shops/downtown area. We found everything to be as described and loved the short walk/stairs to the beach. Easily walkable to the tourist core/pier area. Excellent stay.

Convenient, beautiful location

What's great about this property is the proximity to downtown Pismo, the beach, as well as the view from the top deck (noisy because of freeway, but it didn't bother us too much). My only recommendation would be to provide a lockbox with keys, which would be more convenient vs. having guests swing by the rental property office to pick them up and drop them off.

Great location, great property

The property was very comfortable and within five minutes of the beach and the main street. It was close to several restaurants and within a short drive to the grocery store. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy.

Beautiful place but there is street noise

The property is lovely, walkable to everything and we loved it. However, it is within 150 yards of route 1 AND the 101. So you can hear cars at all hours.

Great location, great response from Property Managers

We decided to make a last minute family trip, grandparents, parents and teens to Pismo and this location was set up well for everyone -- grandparents downstairs, parents on mid level and kids in loft room with balcony. Location was great! Kids loved walking to Old West Cinnamon Roll shop and the pier for lunch. We had some troublesome issues with trash left in garage and a front screen door that didn't work. The issues were addressed quickly as best they could but the swarm of fruit flies invaded the car and house for our long weekend. We started leaving a small amount of wine in glasses to lure them when we realized they were diving into our glasses at dinner. The person who came to fix the faucet, the front screen was great -- helpful and professional as were the ladies in the office. We would try this place again and hope everything is fixed.

My family was there for our son's graduation. The condo was located near all the restaurants and we all enjoyed taking walks to the beach.

Good Property

Clean and as advertised. Close to lots of stuff—easy walk to the beach and partial ocean view. Non-stop traffic noise, but that’s to be expected when next to the freeway.

This was a great spot. Clean, plenty of space, and just up the street from the ocean. Great views.

We ended up arriving after business hours. But we let the property manager know it ahead of time and the keys were placed in a secure lockbox. That made check in a breeze. The property was just up the street from several very good restaurants and very close to the pier. The deck had a great view of the ocean and was very spacious with plenty of seating and a grill or barbecuing. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. We really enjoyed our stay.
