Villa Morelli Gualtierotti is an eclectic building from the early 20th Century, recently renovated with great attention to detail and fidelity to the spirit of the time. It was built for an important politician in a particularly peaceful location, surrounded by a wide park with secular beech and oak trees.
The Art Nouveau facade, a real architectural jewel designed by the same architect of Rome’s "Palazzaccio" (the Supreme Court building), represents a real surprise among the woods of the Pistoia Apennines.
Behind the "Palazzo" there is a terrace which in 2021 was transformed into a veranda to house the wellness area equipped with a wonderful Jacuzzi, a sauna, armchairs and a ping-pong table.
Inside the building, you will certainly appreciate the bright living area on the ground floor, equipped with a large decorated window. The kitchen is modern and spacious and opens onto an outside dining area.
On the upper floors there are 6 double or twin bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are furnished with a surprising assortment of original period pieces and contemporary design elements.
Near the pool, equipped with a cover for the night and a heat pump, there are Carrara marble sculptures and, in a panoramic position, a second dining area with barbecue.
In addition to the 6-bedroom villa, there is also an optional cozy apartment located next to the swimming pool. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a small living room with kitchen.
NB: The annex is included in the rental rate for groups of at least 13 people. Instead, for groups of up to 12 people the annex is available with a supplement (to be paid on arrival) of 100 euros per day.
