I had a short stay here but I enjoyed it. A friend of mine stayed at a hotel 15 minutes from this property and she had nonstop complaints about her hotel. I told her she should have stayed at my hotel…I had no issues at all with this property. It was clean and quiet…those are the main things I look for.

The hotel is in need of an update. Upon arrival the parking lot had a lot of trash lying around. The room was clean although the carpet had many stains. Beds were comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy.

I booked a King Suite, and I was given a double queen bed. The air conditioner was filthy, and the paint was peeling in the room. It also smelled of mold. I explained that the room I was given was wrong and I was told the only room available was a jacuzzi room, but no other rooms were available. Rather than offering me the jacuzzi room that was available, the kept me in the downgraded room. The only other option they offered was for me to cancel my stay. It was 10:30pm when I arrived. NO courtesy or caring.

Do not stay there. There are so many hotels around, choose a different one. I didn’t know anything about the area and we just needed to stay one night on the way to Detroit. I won’t make the same mistake again.

We were only at this hotel from 11pm until 9am the next morning. It was inexpensive and a little neglected, but ok for our needs. The area around the hotel does not look clean. It looks like someone came around with a blower and blew all of the trash and dirt from the parking lot into the rocks that surround the hotel. They have rocks that are big and pretty and fill the gardens. They could be nice, but the trash, dirt and sand is all blown into them. The hotel itself is relatively clean. They definitely have a few issues to handle. like where someone wrote on the wall paper in the hallway by the 4th floor elevator. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, a little sparse but decent for the price we paid for the room. The hotel staff was very formal and helpful. If I were staying for a few days, I would have wanted to use the pool, but it didn't look very inviting. We had to go into the pool area to get water from a fountain. It was humid and a little smelly as most hotel indoor pool facilities are, but the fountains were disgusting. We bought bottled water instead. For a one night stay, it was completely fine and I would go back. I don't need a lot of luxuries and I do like an inexpensive room. I also liked the distance from Pittsburgh, only 30 minutes which is perfect for a good night's sleep after a Steelers game.

This hotel is showing not only its age, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and appearance. First impressions … 😵‍💫 The hotel entrance was littered with trash, landscaping was poorly maintained, carpets were torn and dirty and outdoor seating areas were unusable. There is an urgent need to clean upholstery, carpets, and curtains throughout the hotel, repair cracked/missing bathroom tiles, paint, repair wall damage, etc. Our stay in what was once pleasant, well maintained accommodation was a disappointment.

The hotel and rooms are very run down! Stains on carpets, walls, and curtains. The pool was closed. Housekeeping was very friendly. She was trying hard to clean as best as possible.
