Was not impressed .Smelled like marijuana so bad on 5th floor where we stayed .Room was dirty .Pillow cases had hair and something sticky on them when we arrived .The breakfast was very disappointing .No bacon no breakfast sausage .Instead there was spicy Italian sausage cut in pieces ..The toaster wouldn’t toast our bagel .3 tries and I still had a bagel that wasn’t toasted. The pool was very cold a spot here and there might have been warm . Dirty towels in a pile on the table where the pool was were still there the nxt day .

The rooms were clean and smelled clean. The service was helpful and friendly. The pool was a good size and not over chlorinated. The bar was ok, not alot of selections. The food at the bar was good. Garlic fries were delicious. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. They even serve Starbucks coffee. I would stay again for sure

Booked as a last minute getaway, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Just a few small complaints: on one of the beds there were stained sheets, a stink bug in the room and someone allowed their kids to run up and down the hallway. These were very small inconveniences and I still enjoyed my stay. Free breakfast was a plus, not too many options but still decent to be free and better than most continental breakfasts. They didn’t have vending machines I would recommend buying snacks or drinks from a store as the mini store items are very overpriced. The facilities were clean and overall I would recommend and absolutely would stay again if in the Pittsburgh area again.

Pleasant experience
Our family stayed for 4 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection was good. We would definitely stay here again! The hotel is tucked back behind some shops however we liked not having a lot of traffic.
