The property location is really convenient, close to almost anything with a great view all around the hotel. For the room, i must say that it was super clean from the beginning to the end, only down side is some furniture avec bathrooms could use some love, as they are damaged or loose. The bed were a big highlight in my travel. Those were really confortable and the pillows too. We encountered multiple problems with the login for the wi-fi to the point it wasn't working some days. One bad thing was being woken up at 8 AM because they are doing some renovation. I would have preferred getting a heads up by the staff as a nice gesture. Restaurant was good but still think the breakfast was a little expensive. The pool was nice but the open and closing times were vague. Icerall had a great stay but still had a little bit of issue DO NOTE THAT WIFI AND PARKING IS AN EXTRA

Good overall but the bathroom needs maintenance, some things were broken. The recepcionist refused to provide us an extra bed when it's included in the service list. I called expedia and as always they did not take responsability and their answer was: it's upt to the hotel.

Not good housekeeping service.
It was relative good experience. The only issue my fiancé and I had was we stayed for three total days and did not have our room cleaned one time. I let the concierge’s know at the desk upon checkout that this keeps me from wanting to rebook this hotel, which I had a good recommendation from.
