I loved having access to the bikes to explore the nature trails with. It was fun to go get drinks at other hotels in the evening too. I enjoyed eating at Sotavento and Tinta del pulpa beer the beach. I highly recommend. Had such a relaxing time. Would ask that cleaners please lock the deck door after they clean. Raccoon came in my room while I was in the shower... I realized everyone the cleaner came they would open the deck door and then close it but not lock it.

This is an amazing property extremely peaceful and relaxing. If you are looking for comfort and calmness, this is the place. Food is second to none. There are golf carts to take you everywhere.

I booked a vacation package for a hotel in Mayakoba, and while the hotel and flight were great, the transportation service provided by MTS was terrible. Upon arrival, they crammed 11 people into a van and started going from resort to resort, dropping off passengers. This process took over 3 hours on narrow, bumpy roads, leaving my wife and child completely exhausted. For the return trip, we were charged extra for direct transportation to the airport, which took only 40 minutes. It’s unacceptable that we had to endure such a long and uncomfortable journey on arrival when a direct route was clearly available. This transportation service was the worst part of our trip, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using it.

The only complaint I would have is that the room we reserved was supposed to be a partial ocean view. We were in the beach area, but we're facing inland toward the golf course. Not sure what part of the clean the golf course is.All in all a great resort with very friendly staff and prompt service. You have the option to dine at the restaurants in the other 4 hotels at the resort. Will book an actual ocean view room

Absolutely an amazing property, very clean and beautiful place. Food options are amazing, Sotavento was simply superb, great seafood. Front desk and hospitality service were so good. Definitely I will return to Andaz Mayakoba on my next visit to Cancun.
