Mi Casa on todella sinun Casa! Sijaitsee Residence La Coccinella -yksikössä, Yksikkö 102-A, sijaitsee yhdessä ERITTÄIN parhaimmista sijainti Playa del Carmenissa!

La Coccinellan ainutlaatuinen ympäristö sijaitsee lyhyen 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä hienoista hiekkarannoista. Alle 1/4 mailin päässä suosituista rantakerhoista: Mamita's ja KOOL. Erinomaisia ravintoloita, kahviloita, bistroja ja huippuluokan perinteisiä kauppoja, 5th Ave. Mikä on aivan nurkan takana komplekseidemme turvatuista yhdyskäytävistä. Yksi Calle 28. ja toinen Calle 30. päivä. Putiikkikompleksissamme on 12 yksityisomistuksessa olevaa asuntoa. Kaksi 3-kerroksista rakennusta ovat vastakkain, ja keskustassa on rehevä puutarha-POOL-piha. Se on helppo kävelymatka kaikkeen!

Käytä rakkaudella kalustetun paratiisi yksityisyyttä ja mukavuutta viileänä kotipohjana retkille ja rantaretkille. Rentoudu ja nauti virvokkeita, tarkista sähköpostisi (turvallinen vahva WiFi-yhteys) omalla eristäytyneellä patiolla. Koska huoneisto sijaitsee nurkan takana ravintoloita, kauppoja, bistroja, kahviloita, rantakerhoja ja paljon muuta! Kaikki tarvitsemasi on kävelyetäisyydellä.

Yhden makuuhuoneen yksikkö tarjoaa erityisen mukavan Kalifornian King-sängyn, ja se on varustettu kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Toinen sänky on tukeva nukkuja olohuoneessa. Meksikon avioliitto, kuningatar-kokoinen, kokoon taitettava patja.

Olohuoneessa on ilmastointi, samoin kuin makuuhuoneessa. Molemmilla on myös kattotuuletin. Rentoudu turvatulla WiFi-palvelulla kaikkialla huoneistossani. Ota elokuva taulutelevisiosta. Siellä on kokoelma elokuvia DVD: llä, tai tuo omat ja toista ne koko alueen DVD-soittimella.

Keittiössä on kaikki tarvitsemasi esineet: juomien sekoittaminen, omletin keittäminen, paahtoleivän valmistelu, trooppisten hedelmäsalaattien valmistaminen tai pihvien valmistelu patio WEBER-grillipalalle.

Yksityinen patio on hieno nauttia trooppisen puutarha-uima-altaan sisäpihan kauneudesta ja pyhäkköstä. Sateenvarjo varjoon 4-tyynyisten istuimien ympärillä pyöreällä lasikattaisella pöydällä. (Katso listauksen valokuvat)

Tämä ihana poissa kotoa, nukkuu kolme aikuista erittäin mukavasti. Ja on sijoitettu 12 yksikön monimutkaisen puutarha-uima-altaan tasolle. Suunniteltu sekoituksella eurooppalaista ja meksikolaista tyyliä, 'alkuperäinen-Playa' -kompleksi on erinomaisesti ylläpidetty Playa del Carmenin 'Classic'. Nauti näkymistä rehevään puutarha-uima-allasomme, katselemalla ulos olohuoneen seinästä lattiasta kattoon ja lasiovista. Ole kuin kotonasi!

Worst Place Ever
As soon as you open the doors the smell of MILDEW hits you, the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a inch of foam on it, the music that played at night was so loud it was like they were playing in the condo. The property manager said she forgot to mention that we should bring ear plugs to sleep. We were so miserable that we came home 5 days early 😢this was supposed to be our 20 year anniversary. We incurred a lot more $$ in Flights, cancel of staying and of course memories with my beloved. This by far is the worse place we have ever stayed.

Nice but noisy
We had enjoyable stay at this centrally located property. Close walking distance to beach and popular 5th ave walking street. Fairly well equipped and all our concerns were addressed promptly. Only issue is really noise from nearby bars/restaurants, street performers etc etc etc. Only quiet time really from 4am to 8:30am, so need to close windows and use air conditioning. This is a property for those who want to party.

A great deal in a great spot
Very clean and cute, it has everything that you need. I didn't give the check-in a five only because my check-in and check-out were on holidays (Christmas and New Years), so minor hiccups are not unreasonable. I liked that it was close to the hopping part of town but not enmeshed in it. We walked everywhere and really appreciated all the recommendations and hints provided.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. The grounds were beautiful and immaculate. Property manager and owner were both quick to respond to questions. We loved the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed a morning dip. All services, restaurants, shops are within easy walking distance. Many thanks to owner and manager who responded quickly to our lock out incident.

A port in the storm
A wonderfully tranquil condo complex with staff that are super attentive and helpful. Location is just a half block from lively fifth avenue but the bedroom, with door and window closed, was virtually soundproof at night.

Peaceful oasis
Very comfortable oasis close to, yet removed from the busyness of Quinte Avenida. Anything one could want is within walking distance of this charming unit. The condo is well stocked for a short or longer stay. Comfortable bed made for great sleeping. We spent 2 weeks and are returning in a month for another stay.

We enjoyed coffee every morning on the quiet, secluded patio. 2 1/2 block walk to the beach. Had the pool to ourselves. Nothing fancy, but it had everything that we needed. Would definitely return!

Perfection - all you need
The experience, apartment and location was just perfect! I will definitely come back! for anyone travelling on their own, this is the location you want. Minutes from anything you want eg. beach, shops, restaurants. The apartment was exactly as the pictures indicated and the back porch was an oasis of natural beauty. Antoinette and staff was very helpful in my preparation for this trip, taking away any concerns and/or answered all my questions with such kindness. It's an adorable little condo with a great location.
Overall we had a extremely good experience, a couple of minor glitches of no real significance that were handled quickly. The property manager was prompt and efficient - check in and check out were extremely simple.

Great Condo, Great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great to head out for lunch or dinner on 5th Ave. We made breakfast at the condo, and enjoyed the quiet, private patio. The burner was really slow to cook on though. It is larger than the photos make it seem. It was perfect for my husband, 9 month old and myself. We spent a lot of time here, as with a little one it was easier to hang out by the pool. One downside for us was the construction going on above us made it hard to get our LO down for naps. There was banging almost all day for at least 4 days of our 7 day visit. For most people that wouldn't matter as it seems everyone in the complex headed out for the day. Overall, Antoinette, Aude and Lorena were very accommodating. They provided us with a playpen for my LO to sleep, and a kettle for us to prepare bottles. I don't know what we would have done without this. It was perfect for us! Thank you!

Wonderful value
The owner is very responsive and her onsite team made our arritival and departure completely stress free. They all were excellent. The location of the condo cannot be beat. It’s only steps from 5th Ave. and very close to Mamita beach. The condo itself had everything we could need but, warning, it is bare bones. If you want luxury, you need a luxury resort. But we had reliable WiFi, a pool just steps from our door, and a feeling of total safety. We definitely would stay here again (and hope to in the near future).

Fantastic location. Right next door to a Starbucks, close to the ocean, directly ofF Fifth Ave and yet quiet. Nice little pool. We were greeted in a timely fashion for both check-in and checkout. Good host. Responsive communicator.

Clean apartment, friendly service and convenient location.
Antoinette, Aude and Lorena were a pleasure to deal with from booking to check out. My husband and I enjoyed the apartment for our short stay in Playa (5 nights). We appreciated the small kitchen appliances, Bluetooth stereo, beach chairs, stand up fan and towel drying rack that were provided. We would have liked more shower towels and face clothes. We also ran out of toilet paper which would have been rectified had were communicated this in time. The apartment did not include body soap, shampoo nor conditioner. No big deal, all these things can be bought here or brought if you know in advance. The other tenants were quiet. The pool was cleaned daily although we never saw anyone swim. Almost a private pool especially for us on the main floor. The location was steps from La Quinta and half way between 10th and the beach. Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and nightlife (10 pm -3 am). The noise and nightlife music was moderately loud from the apartment. With windows closed and air conditioning on, the noise was drained out.

My family enjoyed staying this sweet cozy apartment close to everything.
We spent most of our time outdoors: at the beach (a short walk from the apt), or walk around and shop in town (just outside the gate of this apartment) when we were not doing excursions. I loved the old style building with the beautiful courtyard, inground pool. The tucket away corner seating area by the courtyard, with beautiful flowering plants was another favorite spot for meals and just to hang out. This was a nice place to stay. Even though the location is right in the heart of Playa De Carmen, That corner for some reason was quiet, especially at night when we locked up and had the air conditioning on. The owner was very responsive, everything worked as planned. I will stay there again.

We loved it.
Our stay was wonderful. This was our first VRBO stay and we hope to come back next year. Antoinette and her representatives are very responsive and welcoming. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. It is clean, well maintained and very well equipped. We felt very safe and secure. All the little extras to make you feel at home are there. It is very well located. The beach is only two short blocks away. We had no problem carrying the beach chairs and umbrella for a do it yourself beach day. We also enjoyed several of the beach bars which were further south on the beach but still within easy walking distance. We were able to walk to the big grocery store. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but we we never bothered by noise. There is a lovely little patio with outside that has some privacy due to the immaculately maintained gardens. The pool was clean and great to cool off in. Thank you Antoinette and Lorena for a great stay!!

3 week stay wonderful!
We had a great 3 week stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for when we cooked, the beach chairs and pool chairs provided were much appreciated! The stovetop was a bit slow to heat up but we managed. Coming back from a short walk to and from Mamitas Beach and relaxing at the beautiful pool and garden was a daily routine and we will miss this! It is fairly close to grocery stores and a short walk to some quaint beach bars! We like to sleep with the windows open and a breeze at night but found 5th Avenue a bit noisy for this unfortunately, until later at night. Thanks Antoinette and staff, we loved your condo!

Cozy condo near the beach, shops, and restaurants
Our entire experience from corresponding with Antoinette, to our arrival at the condo was superb. The property management associates were very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the condo is equipped with all the necessary amenities, and a beautiful pool view from the condo entrance. The entire property is secure and well maintained; during our stay landscapers tended to the grounds and the pool. The restaurants, shops, and beaches are all walking distance from the condo. One essential feature is Wifi, I didn't have any problems with accessibility or connectivity. My husband and I visit the area on an annual basis; this visit was exceptional. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer.
