Leaks and puddles.

The mini fridge was leaking? (a puddle of water coming out from under it). Puddle of water covered the balcony (The floor slanted inward toward the bedroom sliding door instead of away from the door) The toilet didn't flush initially but it was fixed when I informed management.

All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for everything. The breakfast was filling and tasty. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast is atrocious and very limited. We went the first day but it was horrendous and very limited. We left and went every morning elsewhere. The rooms are extremely noisy from the hallway to people above you. The roof top pool does not get cleaned regularly and was very cloudy with lots of algae bloom. Roof top deck is decent but get busy after 3pm. Cleaning ladies do a good job of cleaning but we had to constantly request regular coffee. The big positive is the location - it’s a 5 min walk to 5th ave. For a place to sleep it ok but bring earplugs.

Horrible place

The breakfast is HORRIBLE the eggs like lips of rocks beans with dish soap water toaster take 4 minutes to work After staying 4 nights i notified the front desk that I will check earlier they agreed then they changed my car for 2 nights without telling and without my consent
