Looking for that perfect vacation rental for family and friends? Looking for an amazing outdoor space? Looking for a cozy home with AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS, only 20 steps to the beach? Welcome to White Horse Beach House in Plymouth Massachusetts - America's Hometown!

Imagine watching the sunrise while sipping coffee on the deck, listening to the sounds of the ocean and the sea birds. Then, grab your beach chairs and all the gear we provide and spend all day body surfing or strolling the beautiful soft sand beach, watching boats cruise past. Ahh - Plymouth at it's best!

Enter the home after walking the boardwalk through the sand and instantly be greeted with views of the oceans through the windows. This home has been recently renovated to offer luxury designs and comfy areas to unwind. There are 2 queen-size private bedrooms, 1 on each floor and 1 additional bedroom on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds.

There is also a queen-size pull out couch in a public sleeping space on the 2nd floor. This home has 1 full bathroom and a gorgeous private outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach day!

After a day at the beach, return to relax with plenty of AC and a large smart TV in the living room! Or, if you prefer, open the windows on the enclosed porch with dining seating for 6 and enjoy the lovely sea breezes. So refreshing! Then fire up the grill for dinner on the deck. After dinner, take a long walk and watch the sun set over the ocean.

Plymouth is a coastal town in Massachusetts, south of Boston. It is the site of the first Pilgrim settlement, founded in 1620. Plymouth Rock, a boulder in Pilgrim Memorial State Park, marks the place where settlers are thought to have landed on shore. The Mayflower II, a full-scale replica of the ship that carried the Pilgrims across the Atlantic, is usually anchored at the park.

HOUSE RULES:

- Primary renter must be 25 years or older

- No smoking/vaping indoors

- Pets are prohibited at all times

- There is also available on-street parking for use with the parking passes that are in the unit. Please note that there is a $50 charge for any lost or unreturned passes (this is the fee the town charges for replacement)

- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!

These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

**Please Note - this is a private home that sleeps 6 comfortably and can accommodate 8 people due to the queen sleeper sofa on the 2nd floor landing, this can also be used as a sitting room. Parties of greater than 8 people will not be accepted.**

Perfect Spot
This home did not disappoint. Home was clean and well appointed just as advertised. Sitting on the deck you felt like you were on the beach and the beach was just a few steps away. Listening to the sound of the waves at night were the frosting on the cake! Wish I could post a picture of our sunsets, just spectacular!

Perfect week.
Darling house in the best location. This was our fifth trip to Plymouth, and our favorite. The house is even nicer than the photos, very well equipped, right on the beach, with a lovely deck we didn’t want to leave. Would absolutely return.

September Heat Wave
We typically vacation on Cape so weren’t sure what to expect with this trip. The White Horse Beach get-away did not disappoint! Before we set off, the property manager (Jim), was so responsive and helpful with providing instructions and answering questions. When we arrived, he was able to accommodate an early check-in. The home is located directly on the beach, with easy ocean access and spectacular ocean views and sounds from almost every room. The interior of the home has been newly renovated, is well decorated and meticulously clean. It came equipped with everything you could need for a week’s vacation. We enjoyed walking the beach each morning, exploring the park, shops and restaurants in the waterfront district and spent hours in the evening playing cards on the large back porch overlooking the ocean. We happened to have perfect temps, but could imagine enjoying this porch even in colder months. There were a few drawbacks- the bathroom is very small, tight quarters. However, the outdoor shower was a bonus and we ended up not using the indoor shower at all. Additionally, the low and sloping ceilings upstairs were tricky to navigate and my husband, who’s much taller than me, bumped his head on more than one occasion. Yet, neither of these things would deter us from coming back. It’s a beautiful and comfortable home in a perfect location. Couldn’t pick a better place to be during a September heatwave!

What an amazing place. The house is adorable. Tastefully decorated and fully stocked. The location right on the beach with stellar views of sunsets and sunrises was really great. Wonderful management company. The only negative is the bathroom…..quite small

Great Little Getaway!
Our family of four stayed here for four nights in July. It was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The A/C units worked amazingly well and we all enjoyed the comfy beds. The location on the beach was amazing and it was close to all of the tourist attractions in Plymouth. The bathroom is very small but there is an outdoor shower to utilize as well, which helped to some degree. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to this house again if the opportunity arose.

Fantastic property!
My friends and I stayed on property for a long weekend. The location is fantastic with easy private beach access. The property managers were so great to communicate with with specific details on parking and entrance for the property. Tons of accommodations on site like paddleboard‘s beach, chairs, beach towels the minute we walked in we said I can’t wait to come back next year.

Beautifully Appointed Cottage with Amazing Ocean Views
im and Jessica were wonderful hosts! When we entered the cottage, we couldn’t have been more happy! It looks so New England beachy, and truly felt like a home away from home. Although the bathroom was camper size, it had everything you needed and plenty of room in the shower. Plus, the outdoor shower was just refreshing. The bedrooms were good sized and the mattresses were comfy. The main bedroom had an amazing view of the ocean and with the windows open, you could hear the ocean and feel the ocean breeze. My favorite part of the house was the three season porch - it was all windows. And that lead out to the outdoor deck which truly was right at the beach line with a comfy lounging sofa. Jim and Jessica were attentive and flexible with our needs and provided great customer service. I will definitely rent from them again!!
