CANCELLED - 3 hours before check-in
I was driving from Canada to Pocono and another part of the family was flying from Florida and 3 hours before the check -in I received a message from the owner (after I followed up on check-in instructions) that he was cancelling my booking because the heating wasn’t working. VRBO gave me NO assistance at so ever and by now, 15 days later I my still waiting any contact from VRBO.

Chevron Chalet
My family and I come to the Poconos annually on thanksgiving to have a nice quiet getaway. This place was perfect we brought our dog, Anthony was super accessible and helpful throughout the check in process. The property is in a gated community & you have to haul your own trash to the community’s trash compactor Would recommend this property.
