La Vinya on ylellinen 5 makuuhuoneen ja 5 kylpyhuoneen omaisuus aidatulla 4 hehtaarin alueella, lähellä Puerto Pollencaa. Talo on sekoitus nykyaikaista tyyliä ja perinteitä, kauniilla kivijulkisivuilla ja puhtaalla sisustustyylillä. *** Katso VIDEO *** Vieraille on hyötyä suurista terasseista, joissa on kaikki uudet huonekalut, superpuutarhat ja ihana uima-allas muutaman askeleen päässä talosta. 4 alakerrassa king-size-makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuoneet, 3 erillistä vuodetta. Erittäin tilavassa ensimmäisen kerroksen sviitissä, jossa Mallorcan-kivilattiat, on oma kylpyhuone ja suihkuhuone ja laaja parveke. Kellarissa on pelihuone / TV-oleskelutila. Yksityiskohdat, kuten Hansgrohen, Villeroy & Bochin ja Silestone-suihkut, osoittavat kauniin viimeistelyn. Moderni keittiö, länsiterassin vieressä, täysikokoisella jääkaapilla ja laadukkaalla laitteella varmistaa helpon ruuanvalmistuksen ja siivouksen. Pohjakerrokseen pääsee ilman portaita, mikä tekee siitä ihanteellisen usean sukupolven perheille ja sisäinen asettelu auttaa monen perheen ammatissa. Altaalla on vauva / taaperoiden matala roiskealue nuorille (aina valvottu). Äskettäin on istutettu uusia hedelmätarhoja ja lisäyksiä puutarhoihin, jotka täydentävät ihania vanhoja puita ja luovat ihanan värikkään auraan. Upeat suuret terassit itään ja länteen antavat auringon nauttia milloin tahansa vuorokauden aikana ja tarjoavat vaihtoehtoisia paikkoja ulkosalla syömiseen (tai sallivat 2 ryhmää syödä erikseen). Upea uusi pergola ja suuret aurinkovarjot tarjoavat varjoa mukavuudelle ja kivi-grilli on suunniteltu tekemään ruuanlaitosta nautinto. Uudet wifi- ja ilmastointilaitteet koko maassa ja ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Puerto Pollenca on lyhyen matkan päässä itään ja toiseen suuntaan sijaitsee Pollencan kaupunki sen kanssa. La Vinya on lähellä ja kätevä kävelijöille, pyöräilijöille ja perheille, samalla kun se on riittävän kaukana päätieltä nauttiakseen ympäristön rauhallisuudesta. Vuoden viileämpinä aikoina olohuoneessa oleva puunpoltin tarjoaa viihtyisän ympäristön nauttiaksesi upeista paikallisista luonnonkauniista näkymistä. Eine sehr tolle Villa, für uns war das absolute Highlight der beheizte Pool. Leider hört man die Hauptstraße ziemlich deutlich - das ist aber auch das einzigste was negativ war.

Amazing!

We stayed in August and had a truly amazing stay. This villa was beautifully clean and well equipped. The layout of the villa was great as each bedroom had it's own en-suite or bathroom right next door. The rooms are so spread out that you are not all in rooms next to each other. This would be great for larger families/groups. The outdoor space also had plenty of seating areas and loungers and the pool was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful second visit

Six adults and two children particularly loved the pool and barbecue area. Table tennis and relaxed areas around the villa were perfect. Easy access to supermarket and both Old town Pollenca and Puerto Pollensa for evening meals. Wow……..fantastic time. Planning to visit again in 2025.

Fantastisch familiehuis

Wij hebben voor een week met 3 generaties mogen genieten van La Vinya. Een prachtige villa met geweldig mooie tuin, ideaal gelegen om het strand of mooie dorpen in de buurt (met vele restaurantjes) te bezoeken maar vooral om te genieten rondom het huis. Alles is aanwezig, van speelgoed voor de kinderen, ligbedden, strandlakens, een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, slaapkamers met goede bedden en voldoende zitjes en mogelijkheden om je terug te trekken op de verschillende terrassen. Winkels op enkele minuten rijden te bereiken ( ook op zondag)! Kortom: een aanrader !!

Excellent Villa

This was our second visit to the villa. The facilities and pool are excellent. All the things are there for a comfortable visit - the only disappointment, was the lack of communication with the local property manager. We had a couple of small issues, including a broken toaster, which we wanted to report, but we had no welcome visit, or any subsequent contact from Claire! Would definitely visit again, as all the issues we had were minor!

Fabulous Villa

Myself and 3 friends rented the villa for a week. We had a fabulous time. The villa is lovely, really well equipped in beautiful surroundings. We rent a villa every year and this one is up there as one of the best. The property manager was very helpful in suggesting where to visit and helped with car hire. The owner was very responsive to all my questions prior to booking. I would recommend and we will definitely be returning.

Lovely holiday

We had a great family holiday. The house and grounds are spacious, the mountain scenery is a wonderful backdrop. The villa felt very private and secluded but still close to amenities, we could walk into Puerto Pollensa in half an hour. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen modern and well equipped and plenty of towels were provided. We would highly recommend.

Expectations weren’t met.

We had such high hopes for the villa but sadly it didn’t live up to our expectations. Upon entering there was an extremely musty smell and we had to open all doors and windows which we thought would solve the problem however it became apparent that all bedrooms have damp issues, even some of the bathrooms. One bedroom was especially unpleasant but luckily we didn’t need to use it. There are several areas which need maintenance but it’s evident that nothing has really been done since the villa was new. Two of the shower cubicles need a really good clean or replacing. Some of the sun beds need replacing and the property could do with a solid roof terrace or very least replacement of the reed covering and there’s a lack of light around the BBQ area. Behind BBQ was used as a dumping ground. We had to put everything in the fridge because of ants. Fridge has many broken shelves. The swimming pool was great and the location perfect and with some major maintenance the villa could be too.

Has the potential to be outstanding but fell short

Lovely villa in a great location but the cleanliness and maintenance was not up to standard. When we pointed this out we were told this was due to a busy season on numerous occasions and nothing was actually rectified while we were there. In particular the fridge had broken shelves and was dirty, the outside table looked like it hadn't been cleaned for 6 months and when we asked the cleaner she said this wasn't one of the jobs to do. The sunbeds had exposed rusty screws where slats were broken. The general cleanliness of the kitchen was not what you would expect for the price we paid which also led to many ant invasions. Tumble dryer was broken. One of the showers constantly backed up and leaked everywhere probably because it was blocked. Another shower had mould and dirt on the shower tray and the reason given was because the shower tray couldn't be cleaned. All in all not the quality you would expect for what we paid.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt - die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer sofort geholfen. Check-In und out war auch besonders positiv! Das Haus hat eine super Lage und einen tollen Ausblick. Die Küche ist zudem perfekt ausgestattet. Leider hätte an manchen Stellen etwas besser geputzt werden können, dies kann man für die Zukunft noch verbessern. Das Haus ist schön, für volle 5 Sterne fehlte noch das gewisse Etwas.

Brilliant property for a large family gathering

We loved everything about this property including its location. Pollença and Puerto de Pollenca were only a few minutes away by car and the local supermarkets were even closer.The beautiful pool was a real hit particularly with our grandchildren. The air conditioning in all areas of the house was a real asset and essential with the very hot weather when we were there. We enjoyed all the different seating areas outside but particularly the area for al fresco dining. We all agreed that it was perfect for us all and certainly plan to come back again!

Superb Villa & great family holiday

My family of 10 were blown away by this villa. The exterior stood out to us the most with the most amazing view, best pool, comfortable furniture with everything placed perfectly. The interior is top notch as well with its excellent air conditioning, clean and comfortable beds and a very cool basement with a huge TV for the children to use. We would also like to mention the location as it was situated perfectly with a local supermarket super close by and the local town just only a 5 minute drive away! The villa catered for all ages starting for 8 years old filled with pool toys and a ping pong table. We would highly recommend this villa!

Brilliant property for all ages

We were a family of 10. 7 adults 3 young children. The layout was perfect everyone wants to come back another year. Only 10 minutes from 2 decent supermarkets, and 10 minutes from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa but such a lovely quiet spot, it was heaven. We loved the pool and all the facilities were excellent. The children loved the play/tv room as it was nice and cool during the hottest part of the day. Could do with a sail type awning over the outdoor seating area for shade and a dozen new pegs !! Otherwise perfect

The best Villa for Families of all ages

We have been coming to Mallorca for 10 years and have always stayed in villas in and around Pollensa. This is without a doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in. It was easy to find, check in and find our way around. There was a lovely welcome basket with a few essentials to get you started. The Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more, there wasn't anything we couldn't find or wanted for. We had young kids, pre-teens and toddlers and there was everything we could possibly need from plastic bowls and cutlery to wine glasses and silverware. There is also a water cooler in the kitchen which was a really nice touch, it saved money on buying bottled water and also meant there was cold water to hand at all times. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all well laid out, clean and spacious. The basement was great for the older kids to play in and the outside space was more than enough to let everyone play freely. The pool is fantastic and the shallow end was great for the two toddlers to paddle about and play. There is a trunk with inflatables and buckets and spades, we bought a few things from the shops and left these for the next guests like some before us clearly had done. The only additions I would say this villa needs is a stair gate - we had to keep all eyes on them when we were inside and the two 18 month olds thought it was a great play area and the the door to the basement needs a lock as its just the right height for little arms to open - we got around this with positioning chairs so it isn't a deal breaker. All in all everyone had the best week away, we will definitely be booking for next year as no-one has stopped talking about it since we got back. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone coming to Mallorca. Thank you to David, the owner for being so welcoming and on hand if we needed anything during our stay.

Mooi en comfortabel huis. Minpuntjes: Helaas stonk een van de badkamers vreselijk en de afvoer bleek zeer vies te zijn. Dit is tijdens ons verblijf verholpen. Er liepen veel mieren op het aanrecht. Dus alles in dozen bewaren.

Die Villa ist super für Familien. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Geschirrspühler und Waschmaschine, genug Schatten im Garten, super gepflegtes, grosses Pool. Genug Liegestühle, schöne Loungeecke. Uns hat es super gefallen.

We had a superb time celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The villa was amazing and the grandchildren enjoyed their time in the pool. Location was excellent being in-between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. A big thanks also to Claire with her recommendations . Will definately come back in a few years time.
