Ensi silmäyksellä l����mmin chalet toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi kauniiseen portikkoon, joka kutsuu sinut istumaan ja ihailla maisemaa. Pidä taukoa katsomalla tähtiä, nauttimalla raikasta ilmaa upealla panoraamanäkymällä Sierra Tramontanaan.
Talossa on hyvin jaettu pohjapiirros kolmessa tilavassa makuuhuoneessa; kahden hengen huone, toisessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta, molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on kylpyhuone suihkulla; Kolmas huone on kerrossänky, lis��vuode kolmelle hengelle ja oma kylpyhuone.

Lis���ksi voit nauttia suuresta ruokasalista, jossa on pääsy keittiöön ja n��kymä puutarhaan, ellei p��ätetä mennä ulos ja nauttia ihanasta säästä. Joka p��iv�� sopii erinomaisesti grillipaikan jakamiseen perheen kanssa tai hauskaa leikkimällä ulkotennistä. Tässä viihtyisässä turvapaikassa l��yd��t kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet, kuten ilmastointijärjestelm��, kansainväliset televisiokanavat, t��ysin varustettu keittiö, lautapelit ja tietenkin, jos haluat, voit pitää maailman ajan tasalla lomallasi, jakamisessasi seikkailusi internetissä, koska huvilassa on WiFi. Kaikissa Villa Punta Magdalenan huoneissa on ilmastointi / lämmitys ilman lisäkustannuksia. Paikallisten energiansäästöaloitteiden mukaan huvilassa on ilmastointi, joka on ohjelmoitu klo 14.00-16.00 ja klo 21.00-8.00.

Villa Punta Magdalenassa on turvapaikka, joka unohtaa päivittäisen rytmin ja rentoutua, mutta älä huoli, et eristetä. Vain 20 minuutin kävelymatkan pä���ssä on supermarket, ja puoliv��lissä siellä on ravintola, jossa on paikallista ruokaa. Maison simple avec piscine
La maison est propre et présente un cachet qui fait qu'on s'y sent bien. La clime est silencieuse dans la chambre parentale. La piscine est bien faite et peut être chauffée en cas de température "hivernale". Pour les points négatifs, on citera le bruit de la route principale densément fréquentée, très bien répercuté par la colline rocheuse qui la longe et l'accès périlleux la nuit depuis cette route; on citera aussi le confort inégal des lits (le lit parental est petit 140x190, fait cuvette au milieu et il manque une latte au sommier), mais on trouve deux lits individuels avec un bon matelas quasiment neuf qui, assemblés, forment un kingsize très acceptable... Et puis il y a les fourmis, qui viennent chaparder la nourriture sur la table extérieure pendant les repas et dans la poubelle de la cuisine. On regrettera aussi qu'une douche n'était pas utilisable parce que la porte était cassée (personne n'est venu réparer pendant notre séjour de 2 semaines) et que l'autre douche était difficile à utiliser en raison d'un écoulement peu efficace. Pour nous, aucun de ces défauts n'était assez envahissant pour gâcher nos vacances.

Lovely house, extensive gardens. Perfectly located between Pollensa Town and the port. Really amazing service from the staff at Owl Properties. They were extremely efficient, very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this great property.

Fantastic Little Villa
We recently enjoyed a one week stay at the Villa Punta Magdalena. All of us enjoyed our time at the villa immensely, it was amazing value for money. I would firstly mention the owners who were brilliant throughout, they let us know they would be there for us without being pushy, but were right on it when we needed them. The villa itself we found to be clean and comfortable, if a little old fashioned and basic, there were definitely enough facilities to allow you to just camp in for the week should that be the holiday you are looking for. It's very handily directly in between Pollença and Puerto Pollença, though, as some have mentioned in previous reviews, both towns definitely require a committed walk. The pool is great fun for older(and much older) kids, again, it's clean and well maintained, the rest of the garden around the house is tidy and there is a table tennis table tucked away if that is your thing. The only slight negative is actually finding the turn off for the villa from the main road, it took us three days to work out we had to look for the noodle, even then, it's not the easiest to see, especially at night, but that's a very minor gripe after what was an excellent week using Punta Magdalena as the launching pad for everything we did.

Die Finca war sehr sauber. Es war alles toll! Die Liegen könnten ausgetauscht werden( ein paar sind defekt) sonst alles top. Die Strasse ist sehr befahren und man hört wie bereits von anderen Gästen geschrieben die Autos vorbei fahren. Jedoch ist man schnell beim Einkaufen oder schnell am Meer was wieder ein Pluspunkt ist! ( mit Auto). Alles in allem super Finca und tolle Kommunikation mit Owl booking! Gerne wieder

Urlaub auf dem Land
Die Finka Punta Magdalena ist sehr schön. sie liegt etwas abseits der Straße in einem etwas verwilderten Garten mit Orangen-und Zitronenbäumen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter hatte uns sogar extra einen Heizkörper aufgestellt. Was etwas gefehlt hat war Stauraum (Schränke) und Haken.

Lovely villa for a pool holiday
Great experience - we stayed for a week and were so relaxed. The hosts were very responsive when we had any issues or questions. The pool was perfect for us all and the bbq meant it was easy catering for a week. Thank you!

This property was advertised as having air conditioning in 3 bedroom but it was only in 2. Plus the lounge. It should have stated in advert that it was not suitable for anyone without a car. The beach was 1 hour walk and to the nearest shop 20 minutes. If you got the bus you had a 20 minutes walk to bus stop. It salsa stated it had a hammock but it was not there. We had a problem with the pool turning green so it was out of action for 2 day. We must praise Owl the company looking after the property as they sorted everything out, from broken sun beds, leaking taps, eventually the pool with help of the owners. . The Owners were lovely after all the trouble we had, but we do wish we had know it was so isolated without a car. Your company was not that helpful, because I did call asking for more information before we went but your representative did not have any idea how to give us any more information than what was on the description. I should think twice before we would book through your company again.

Authentic, Spanish holiday
We went in for one week in Easter holidays with our two kids 9 & 12. They loved the pool and the freedom of running around the large garden, the swing and ping pong as did we! It was great to not have to worry about other guests as the place is all yours and very private. The house has chrachter and everything you need and if you are looking for something differnt to the classic aprthotel then this is it. You need a car as there are lovely places to visit near by such as Pollenca old town and Alcudia. Owl bookings were only a phone call away if needed, very helpful and very friendly. Thank you we loved it.

The villa and the setting was perfect for our family of 6.
Everything about our stay in the villa was great, the scenery was beautiful and the pool was crystal clear. Our children's ages ranged from 5yrs to 16yrs and all 4 enjoyed the pool as much as us adults did. The villa itself was both clean and accommodating. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend the villa to any family.

Nice villa, but needs upgrading
We collected the key for the villa as directed and that was very straightforward. The villa is surrounded by a large area of land with orchards of fruit and flowering plants, but our first impressions were of slight disappointment. The villa is quite small, especially the kitchen which is tiny. The cooker is very old and the oven did not work well as the temperature setting is unclear and the knob would only turn on so far. This made cooking meals at the villa quite tricky but it won't be a problem if you plan on eating out every night. The living room/dining room was adequate for the four of us although we did find the throws on the couches slightly annoying to try to keep in place. Satellite signal on the TV wasn't great but we made do with DVD's. There is air-conditioning in the living room/dining which was great but only in two of the bedrooms which wasn't so good for my older son sleeping in the room with none. The beds in the twin and third bedroom are small so if your kids/other guests are over 5'10" they'll struggle with the size. The bathrooms were fine but there was very little hot water in the storage tank each day so we either had to take 5 min showers or spread them over the day. Also, it's worth pointing out that all water from taps/showers is salt water and undrinkable. The washing machine was in an outhouse and was in poor shape, but this was replaced with a new Samsung after we pointed it out to Owl Booking. There were a few wasps nests (which were cleared away by the owner) around the property and we did have quite a problem with wasps around the pool which may be because of the many flowering plants near the pool. We were very aware of them when in the pool and it was a little off-putting. The veranda outside the house was without doubt the best thing about the villa. It was spacious and had a lovely, cool breeze which was very relaxing. It is also worth pointing out that you will need a car if you are planning on going into Puerto Pollensa. It is not an easily walkable distance and there are no pavements for a substanial part of the main road. Owl booking was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay and the owner was pleasant, but I think for us, the villa was not worth the money we paid for our two week stay.

Lovely villa in great setting. A relaxing and peaceful place.
Arrived by rent a car and property was easy to find. Very pleased with the setting and met owl bookings representative on arrival. Next day another owl booking rep arrived to check if everything was okay. We pointed out that there was no kettle so within an hour or so she returned with a brand new kettle. We had a lovely relaxing stay here and based on our experience we are very likely going to book here again. All in all we were very impressed. It was great having some bicycles available free for our use and allowed us to explore the lovely country lanes away from the main roads. Our only disappointment was that the bed in the double room is pretty rickety and not very comfortable and alongside some other reviews, cooking pots and pans could do with updating. Those points aside, a thoroughly wonderful stay at a very lovely villa. Many thanks

Lovely location and cute, rustic villa, however neglected
Lovely rustic villa, great outdoor space. However, pool had loads of tiles falling off or already fallen off. Meant grout surfaced when water disturbed leaving the pool not very clean and with lots of bits. Dishwasher was old, and didn't really clean. Finally, the cutlery and crockery could do with an upgrade. All in all, nothing to take away from a brilliant week in Puerto Pollenca, but you can't see the above in the photos so thought we would share. Wouldn't take much to fix these issues. In summary, a little neglected.

We were welcomed here by Pep and we settled in quickly making good use of the pool. It was lovely if a little in need of repair. The setting was great and felt very safe, we were able to help ourselves to the spoils of the orchard including lemons, plums, tomatoes, figs, chillies and clementines.The location was great, an easy drive to Port de Pollensa with supermarket very close. This was our first visit to Mallorca but won't be our last. Port de Pollensa beach was our favourite.

Relaxing and beautiful
Wonderful 12 night stay. We found the villa to be perfectly suited to our needs as 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We really appreciated the essentials already in the property - fairy liquid, bin liners, kitchen roll, cling film, etc - having all of these was an unexpected and pleasant bonus. We appreciated the plentiful supply of towels and we loved being able to pick oranges, lemons and tomatoes. Our teens enjoyed the horses and goats across the fence, as well as the pool which was a perfect length and had good depth to be able to jump in. The rustic feel to the place is just lovely, and we certainly got the impression that the owners cared for their property and their guests. They even took our laundry! The area is very quiet and yet only minutes from both the port and the town. Pep was extremely attentive, always cheery and going out of his way to help in whatever way we needed. We have absolutely no complaints about any aspect of the property or holiday. It was simply perfect. If I were to make any suggestion, it would be the purchase of a new washing machine, but I imagine this has already been mentioned as we had our laundry done for us!! Many thanks for a fantastic stay.

Great Value
Perfect location for touring the entire island. Away from the tourist trap densely packed beaches. Has a swimming pool and parking with good facilities, however, the washing machine needs some attention although it did do the job. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, some stainless dishes that could be used on the barbecue would have been useful. Our most serious complaint was that there were a couple of cockroaches, and that in some areas the cleanliness could be improved. Notwithstanding the former, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house.

Lovely villa in great surroundings
We had a lovely stay in Villa Punta Magdalena. The little road is a bit hard to find, especially in the dark. The villa itself is very comfortable equipped though the beds and pillows could be a little bit more comfortable. The garden en swimming pool are superb and it was a real pleasure to sit out on the porch. The description and pictures are very accurate. We would certainly recommend this villa to our friends and family. We had a nice dinner in Porto Pollenca on the seaside and made a great walk in the mountains. We parked the car to Caimari and took the bus to the Lluc Sanctionary. From there we walked back to our car, well signed path and great views.

Very well equipped older house with beautiful garden and pool
Very good location between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. The house is situated in a beautiful orange and lemon plantage, the garden and pool are well maintained. Equipment if the house is very well, owners and manager of the property are very friendly. The manager is always online available if you need anything. We had a wonderful stay there.

Beautiful Villa in the perfect Location
The Villa trully is beautiful, well kept and in a location that gives the impression its really remote, however the town is only 5mins drive away or 8euros in a taxi. The booking agent was good, any questions we had he answered - Thank you. Cant wait to return!
