Aloita flipsi ja tule nauttimaan rannasta ympäri vuorokauden. Kaunis, hiljattain remontoitu, monitasoinen kotimme sijaitsee suoraan rannalla ... missä takapihasi on yhtä suuri kuin valtameri ja voit surffata, simpukoida, kalastaa ja uida koko päivän! Olemme sijaitsee rannan puolella A1A vain 4 mailia pohjoiseen St. Augustinuksen pohjoissilta. Kotimme tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa levittää sekä sisälle että ulos. Se sisältää 4 isäntäsviittiä, joissa on suuret taulutelevisiot, ja 1 makuuhuone, jossa 2 sarjaa kerrossänkyä, täysikokoinen vuodesohva ja TV-huone, jossa on X-laatikko ... lapsen unelmahuone. Nauti lämpimästä aurinkoisesta päivästä, joka oleskelee jommalla kummalla parvekkeellamme, ota mielesi, molemmilta on kauniit panoraamanäkymät merelle. Nauti ruoanlaitosta suuressa täysin varustetussa keittiössä, jossa on saari, aamiainenurkkaus ja iso ruokasali, viereisen olohuoneen kanssa, jossa on suuri taulutelevisio, taas kaikista huoneista on kauniit panoraamanäkymät rannikolle. Voit myös nauttia suosikkiruoka-aineiden grillaamisesta yhdellä kannellamme sijaitsevalla grillauksella sekä ulkona olevan pöytä, jossa on 6 tuolia ja runsaasti muita istumapaikkoja kaikille, kun nautit ateriasi, nauttien lämpimästä auringonpaisteesta ja upeista merinäkymistä.

Talon rakenne:
Pohja sisäänkäynti on pääsy autotalliin. Mene ylös puoli portaita vasemmalle on eteisen puoli kylpy. Tällä tasolla on myös kaksi makuuhuonetta, yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-vuodetta, joissa on täysi kylpyamme, ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on yksi king-vuode, jossa on liitetty täysi kylpyamme kylpyammeella ja suihku. Seuraava taso on puoli portaat, joka on tärkein oleskelutila. Mene toiseen puoli portaita ylöspäin, joka on pää Master Suite. Sitten toinen puoli portaat ovat ylimmällä tasolla kaksi makuuhuonetta. Yksi makuuhuone queen-vuode, täysi kylpyamme suihkulla. Ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi kerrossänkyä ja TV-huone täysikokoisella vuodesohvalla.

Ne tarjoavat ravintolan, jossa on sisä- ja ulkouima-allasbaari, 2 uima-allasta, (vain 1 aikuinen ja 1 perheille), poreallas, kuntokeskus ja paljon muuta. Tule rentoutumaan uima-altaan äärellä tai aulassa rantatuolissa. Haluatko olla energinen? Vuokrata kajakki, meloa tai boogie-lauta. Täydellinen tapa nauttia Floridan auringosta, hauskasta ja rentoutumisesta!
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta rantasijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Vilano Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Spring vacation

Overall the trip was good. Did not expect to see construction materials around the property and the beachside face of the house removed for repairs. This was not disclosed to me prior to checking in. The upper deck railing was not secured to the house so management sent someone to fix. Having the elevator was great.

Beautiful Beach House

The house is a must to rent if you like having your own private beach. Plenty of rooms for the large family gatherings and with well appointed kitchen, baths and bedrooms.This by far has been the best property I’ve rented in the Saint Augustine area. I will be planning another stay for in the summer.

Excellent place to relax, easy drive to St Augustine

Communication with the property manager was easy. Every room was exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - we cooked an entire Christmas dinner with no problems! There is a Publix right down the street. And the strip of beach right outside the door is gorgeous and provided for a wonderful morning walk/jog.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a multigenerational family trip with ages ranging from 7-71. The house was perfect with three separate groupings of bedrooms totaling 5 bedrooms. With 4 1/2 baths. Great room and kitchen were well appointed. Right on the beach with private beach access. Location while technically S Ponte Vedra is 4 miles from Villano Beach village and bridge to St Augustine.

Perfection!

Our stay and this house could not have been better. 8 adults and 7 children and we were never crowded. House is very comfortable and beach access and balconies are great. Management responded immediately to any hiccup with the house and it was quickly resolved. Kitchen is very well stocked. I can't think of any negative things about this beach house. A perfect week.

Overall good property

We enjoyed a lot in this home and very good view. There is small issue with AC. It was not working that day but management arranged alternative but it wasn’t sufficient. Otherwise everything excellent.

Great Location

We had some problems with the property as it was older. Broken refrigerator needing a part, and broken air conditioner upstairs. They did what they could to make it right but I was disappointed I had to ask about it. The location is amazing and the house was very spacious. Just be warned for any elderly guests, there are a lot of stairs

Love this place!

We had an amazing family weekend at this beautiful home! Our host, Travis with Destination Paradise, was easy to reach and helped with every and any question. This home has a ton of space and beautiful views from every room. There is private access to the beach. We used this so many times! Every one loved it even though it was so cold in the weekend that we went. Only issues were not being able to use the fire places and the large main refrigerator was unable to be used due to a repair that was in progress. There is a secondary refrigerator that we used and it worked perfectly so this was no biggie. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The kitchen and family areas, both inside and out, are well appointed and comfortable. The outdoor desks gave us plenty of room to enjoy the view and the ocean breeze in comfort all day. We have a large family of 10 adults and 5 children (ages 1, 3, 6, 8, 12) We also brought with us our service animals/fur family. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Spacious Beachfront Home!

This is a wonderful beach house conveniently located near several restaurants, a Publix grocery a couple miles down the road, and all the charm of St. Augustine a bit further. Since there are no homes to the right, it really felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. The house is perfect for hosting large families where everyone can have their own master suite with plenty of room to not feel on top of each other. The house contained all the amenities that made it truly a home away from home. We would definitely book again.

Amazing Place With Excellent Access and Views

Property was beautiful, easy to access, with so much space available! We and the kids had plenty of space, and easy access to the beach. Fenced in areas were perfect for the pups to enjoy the ocean breeze and people watch. Such a quiet area with quick access to a lot of the city center areas and the near-by park. Look forward to next time!

The house is situated in a beautiful area that’s safe, quiet, yet close to all the attractions you want to visit. The beach access is incredible and the views are breathtaking! The house is actually way better than the pictures and they remember all the details.

Great Beach Vacation

Considering St Augustine as a new home, so we rented this beach house for a week with kids and grandkids. Great place to rent. House held 12 of us comfortably. Very very well equipped kitchen. Amazing amount of equipment for the beach. You dont need to bring anything for the house. I agree with all the positive reviews. The beach is very nice contrary to a recent review. We had a couple minor issues which we very quickly and satisfactorily handled by rental agent and his handy man. Already making plans for next year.

Photos aren’t nearly as beautiful as this home actually is!!

Location is outstanding. Views and access to all the area has to offer. The property Mngt communication was excellent. Lots of room for our large family to gather. The little extras like supplying hand soaps, trash bags, paper towels, & lots of toilet paper was very helpful. Lots of beach towels was greatly appreciated as well. I will definitely book this place again!
