Overall disappointed
This place has potential. The location is beautiful and the a-frames have an amazing view of the ocean. The condition of the property was not great though. The door on our a-frame was bowed and didn't close properly; we visited on the off-season and there we already mosquitos inside, I cannot imagine how bad they will be during summer (maybe adding a screen door and covering the gaps on the floor boards would help?). The signs for the a-frames are all laying on the groud because they fell out. The outhouse situation was precarious to say the least; the door "handle" on the outside was a plastic rope that was ripped, the inside didn't even have a handle, just literally a screw on the door. I'm a backpacker, and no stranger to a cathole or a wagbag, so just by having a toilet is a plus, but when you're paying 100 bucks a night, i expected better. They are easy fixes too, just not a lot of attention to detail. The worst part for me is that they are building brand new a-frames all over the property, but didn't take the time to fix the old ones. Overall disappointing.
