Tämä on totta Key-West-tyylisen ranta-alueen koti, jossa on kaikki mukavuudet vanhojen varjoisten tammien katossa; kylpytynnyri, kansi-allas, takka, kattoikkunat ja holvikatot. Vasta kauniisti remontoitu graniittilaskurilla, kaikilla uusilla kalusteilla ja ruostumattomilla laitteilla. Tämä kaunis koti on hauska ja perhevalmis. Kaikki alakerran makuuhuoneet avautuvat uima-altaan reunalle ja oleskelutila, ulkotakka ja poreallas. Avokeittiö sisältää bankettitila-istuimet ja uima-altaalle avautuvan suuren epävirallisen ruokailutilan, jossa on ylimitoitetut ranskalaiset kaksoisovi-ovet, jotta ne pääsevät helposti perhehuoneeseen ja viihdyttävät! Kävele vanhoja mäntyportaita ylös ja upeaan näkymään toisen kerroksen perhehuoneen / kirjaston lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla. Very versatile accommodation, short stroll to the beach (1km), quiet, very pleasant area, light traffic, great area for running BTW.A house in which 12 of us aged 7 to 77, members of 3 families from 3 different countries and cultures never had a cross word in 2 whole weeks!!

Great place and management
We rented this for our family for thanksgiving. Beds were amazing, had everything that you could need, management was attentive and helpful. Overall is was a great place to stay with all the comfort and fixings of your own home.

Great family vacation home
First of all I want to thank Gwen for making this home available for us. Our plans changed drastically because our original rental was inhabitable after hurricane Milton. Gwen said we can make it work. We arrived a few days before our family. The sea decor in every room was beautiful. The upstairs area was so perfect for our three grandkids. They loved the space with the stuffed animals. Our mornings were so special sitting out on the front porch having our morning coffee enjoying the warm breeze. The days consist of the beach and pool. Spacious rooms throughout with plenty of kitchenware. Plenty of pool towels for everyone. Lots of pool toys, beach toys, chairs and beach umbrellas are all available. Great vacations go by quickly and this one sure did. We will be back. Thanks again Gwen

Fantastic Beach getaway
A short drive to the beaches and downtown historic Venice for shopping. This house was great for 3 families with children. Plenty of room to hang out and to spread out. Location was nice on a dead end road. This is probably one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at to date.

Perfect beach getaway for the whole family
Beautifully done property with everything you need. More than enough space, and activities for the entire family. The house itself is so amazing with all its unique features, and spacious layout. But the care and attention to detail put in by the host really show. Great location less than 20min from town, and beach within walking distance. The pool, grill, hot tub, disk golf, fully equipped kitchen, board games, cards, coloring books, multiple smart tv’s throughout, and book shelves full of every kind give you plenty to do if you just want a relaxing day in. Definitely booking a return trip!

Perfect Family House
We stayed a week in this large, well appointed family house near Manasota Beach. Our family is aged 74 to 3 months. Each family enjoyed a spacious bedroom(2 with en-suite baths). The location is close to several nice beaches. However, our kids really enjoyed the pool that was surrounded by a nice deck (and a beer fridge). The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes. A propane grill is provided. Our Florida vacation coincided with 4 days of torrential rain. Luckily we could escape them by driving about an hour north to beaches and museums in St. Petersburg and Sarasota. Two water adventures were cancelled, but we still had fun!

From swimming in the ‘just right for young children’ pool to visiting 3 different beaches all within a short drive with beautiful water and beaches covered with shells and fun to find sharks teeth, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful family friendly home. Our new favorite short term rental
The house was immaculate. The pool and spa were both sparkling clean. All the mechanical systems in the house worked flawlessly, not always easy in a house of this size. It was obvious that our host Gwen‘s mission was that we enjoyed her house to its fullest. Gwen was personable, friendly and very accommodating. It was always pleasure communicating with her and her reply’s were always prompt. We had four couples staying in the house for five days and all they had to say were good things. This is the best managed house we have ever stayed in and is our new favorite short term rental.

The house is very open bright and cheerful. The only negative is the front porch is disintegrating and the bedroom with three beds. The third bed is a trundle… Other than that the place was clean very bright well maintained serve our purpose well and my customers enjoyed themselves.

Spring Break 2024
Spring break has been a family tradition for many years. In years past, we've included parents (grandparents) and children (all adults now). After a several year break, we once again returned to Florida. One goal was locating a vacation home near our favorite beach. We extended our group to include a niece, husband and five children, so finding a house to accommodate 12 was a necessity. This house was perfect! It was large enough and the separation of bedrooms to common areas was great. There was plenty of space and never felt crowded. We found all the accommodations to keep us comfortable. We also enjoyed time on the patio and in the pool. The house is within walking distance of the beach, and became a daily event. The house is located on a quiet dead end road, and only a short drive for groceries or supplies. Gwen was very responsive to any questions or concerns, and was obvious that she cares about her guests. Just returned home, but are already looking forward to next year!

Wonderful family vacation
We have been vacationing in Englewood for 10 years. This year we took the whole family. This property was perfect. There was easily enough room for everyone. The kids loved the pool. Great family vacation home
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful spacious home. We were a group of 7 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for gathering and meals. We loved that the sleeping areas were away from the shared spaces. We appreciated the convenient laundry and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Gwen responded quickly to any questions. We loved the quiet walkable neighborhood and the pleasant neighbors. And of course, the proximity to the beach and the wonderful weather was the icing on the cake. We all thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Winter Escape!
This property was the perfect escape from winter! The house is even bigger than we expected and worked perfectly for our group of 4 couples. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the many local beaches, including being able to walk to Manasota Beach from the house. We walked there to watch the sunset many evenings before dinner. The house had everything we needed - a kitchen with all the essentials to cook meals, a nice kitchen table for playing games, and lots of seating in the family room where we watched the Super Bowl. The beds were very comfortable. This house is also a great central location to explore the west coast of Florida - we shopped picturesque Venice Avenue one day, went to the Ringling Museum in Sarasota, and found lots of sharks teeth at the beaches. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Family Reunion Retreat
Our large family found the perfect house to gather in Englewood/Manasota! Each couple had their own area of the house with sizable beds and full baths. Plenty of seating throughout the house and exterior, plus all the kitchen, bath, pool and beach equipment needed. We enjoyed the heated pool and deck area, and the hot tub and big yard - all perfect for any age to find their own fun. Some days we drove the 4 minutes to the beach, others we walked the 15 minutes over the bridge. We were also content to stay around the impressive house and property. Gwen was very helpful in providing all the information we needed to have a great stay. Our family travels to this area regularly and we all agreed that we should stay at this house again!
