Talo aurinko lämmitetty uima-allas ja järvinäköala!

Viihtyisä lomakoti sijaitsee Lounais-Floridassa, tarkemmin kauniissa satamakaupungissa Port Charlottessa. Vuonna 2015 talo remontoitiin vasta suojatulla uima-altaalla.

Eteläinen suunta antaa sinun rentoutua auringossa joko kesällä tai talvella. Vai haluaisitko grilli ?!
Voi, miksi et molemmat? Loppujen lopuksi se on loma.

Muutamassa minuutissa pääset kaupungin keskustaan tai rannalle.
On joitain jälkimmäisistä löytää omalla alueellasi.

Fort Myersin lounais kansainvälinen lentokenttä on noin tunnin päässä.

Sisäinen ruokailutila on suunniteltu 6 henkilölle, tyylikkäästi valkoisena.

Uunilla, mikroaaltouunilla, kahvinkeittimellä ja jääkaapilla, jossa jääpalakone ja erilaisia lisävarusteita.
Siellä voit kokeilla monia uusia tai suosittuja ruokia.
(Haluimme tarkoituksella välttää vaa'an käyttöä talossa ;-))
 
Allasalue:
Altaan mitat ovat noin 8,30 m x 4,40 m, ja se on alimmassa pisteessä noin 1,82 m. Vesi lämmitetään aurinkokunnalla, ja uima-allas on etelään.
Joten nautit auringosta koko päivän, ja lämpötilan tulisi olla miellyttävä.
Hyönteisten suojaamalla alueella on myös 6 hengen ruokapöytä ja grilli.

Garage:
Autotallissa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, joihin pääsee myös talon sisäänkäynnin kautta. Autotallin ovi ei ole automaattinen.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Port Charlotte Beach Park (rantapuisto). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Stayed here for three weeks and can thoroughly recommend this property. Beautiful lakeside location makes this the perfect place to stay and watch the wildlife right outside your window or from your own pool. Close to all amenities and about a thirty minute drive to the Gulf beaches. Everything you need for a quiet and peaceful stay is there for you to enjoy.

What a gem!
This house is a must stay. Beautiful pool and backyard/lake area. Bird watched every day and even spotted the alligator a few times. House is smaller, but plenty of closets Fairly close to everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much Nils and Jen!

Wir haben unsere Tage in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage war für uns Perfekt für Ausflüge in der Gegend. Den Kaffee am Morgen mit Seeblick von der Terrasse aus, haben wir geliebt. Der Kontakt war sehr schnell, freundlich und einfach. Das Haus hatte für uns alles was wir benötigten. Wir haben uns gut erholt und können dieses Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Viele Vögel waren von der Terrasse aus zu sehen. Der Pool war sehr schön und einladend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einige in naher Umgebung.

So great I came back again
This is a great location and a well maintained home. Just beyond the pool cage is a lake with watchable wildlife all day. The solar heated pool is chilly with so many nights in the 40's. Safe clean place only a few minutes from all the stores and restaurants on the Tamiami Trail Rte 41. This is 2nd visit and would gladly return.

Perfect central location for exploring SW Florida
We could not have been more pleased with this home. We enjoyed the pool and patio overlooking the lake. The location is great as you can drive South to Ft Myers, Naples and Marco island or North to Venice, Sarasota, Anna Maria and Longboat Key. We travel to this area twice a year and have already booked this house again for our next trip. The neighborhood is quiet but close to whatever you could need!

This will have been second time we have stayed at the Little Lake Life, and it was just as good as the first, our son loved the pool, and watching the birds and turtles in the lake.it’s not to far from the local shops and beaches. House was clean, all beding, and towels are provided, which makes life a lot easier, and there is a washer and dryer. Will hopefully be staying again next year

Little lake house
Me & my husband really enjoyed our recent stay at the little lake house. The home is very homey and clean. We really enjoyed the pool after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The beds are very comfy. The neighborhood is quite and not far from shops, restaurants and beaches. The host and property manager are very nice and responsive. Would definitely stay at the little lake house in the future and would recommend the little lake house to everyone.

Enjoyable Stay
Cudos to our hosts for bouncing back quickly from the effects of the hurricane. As returning guests, we appreciated that the improvements resulted in new solar heating for the pool and the accompanying elevated water temperature. As well, it seemed that the high winds had resulted in a delightfully expanded view of Little Lake. We swam every day and enjoyed virtually all our meals outside while being entertained by the incredible wildlife. The whistling ducks that would fly over each afternoon, the antics of the mating morning doves, cardinals, mocking birds and red-wing black birds, the stately march of the Great Blue Herons and Great Egrets, the occasional mid-lake appearance of our lone alligator, made our stay particularly relaxing. Best memory ever was the osprey plunging at incredible speeds into the water for fish. On a wish list, it’s time for a new coat of paint inside on the trim and doors, as well as improved lighting in the kitchen work area. Many thanks to property manager Michael and our hosts for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Worked out well.
Our recent one week stay at the Little Lake Life home worked out well for us. Plenty of room for the two of us, great view of the lake, and lovely to sit on the lanai and dip our toes in the pool. Water temp was about 68 as there some cool days. The location was a little out of the way, but it didn’t affect any of our plans.
