Only a 5-minute drive away, Sunrise Park offers walking trails with lovely water views, and sandy areas perfect for launching kayaks and lounging in the sun.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Gather your group for a movie night in the living room, with seating for four and a 55” smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows. Kids and teens will love the game room. Play billiards on the full-size pool table, watch a movie on the 55” smart TV, or play board games in the nearby living area.

Claim one of four loungers by the pool and spend your days in the sun; the deck is screened for all-season enjoyment. Splash, float, and swim laps in the large private pool. Sip beverages in the sitting area for two, and barbeque on the gas grill.

There’s room for plenty of cooks in the fully equipped kitchen. Craft a morning coffee using the Keurig machine. Prepare dinner as a group and dig in together at the dining table for six, or dine alfresco on the deck.

Relax in the tranquil, nautically-themed master suite with a king-size bed. An en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Slide open the glass doors to the deck and go for an early morning swim.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen-size bed and plenty of closet space to store your luggage. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and makes a great kids’ room. A second bathroom and laundry room are conveniently nearby.

Things to know:
Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Port Charlotte Trip
The house was very well stocked with the thing a traveler needs for a short stay or long term stay. House was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I like and it wasn't there is a TV in the bedroom. I also didn't like that they didn't have cable TV, so I could at least watch local the news and weather. Everything were streaming channels, so if you don't have Netflix or prime or some other app there wasn't much to view.

The woodwork was dirty, broken door in bedroom, stool didn’t flush good, clothes were left in drawers from previous renters, fans were dirty inside & outside, Couldn’t get TV to work, We were told the pool would be heated. Needs a deep clean
It was very obvious that the owners of this property have not visited in a while. It desperately needs a deep cleaning. Ex baseboards, corners, behind furniture, steam clean furniture, edges of beds, and pool deck! Pool deck flooded when it rained due to too much debris in the drainage areas. Front landscaping hadn’t been touched in a LONG time. Front lights didn’t work, so had to use a phone flash light to unlock the door when coming home after dark. And to top it off, we arrived late and there was not even a coffee pod for a cup of coffee in the morning. Absolutely no personal touches.

Nice place
The house is very nice and mostly as advertised. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is a full size not a queen. Shower in master bathroom needs cleaned better it has mold on the grout. Wish they had regular cable and not just streaming had issues with the internet buffering and freezing while trying to watch. Plus not receiving the local networks or regular cable channels is irritating. Didn’t let it ruin the trip though.

The house was what it was advertised as. I recommend that the shrubbery along the pathway from the driveway to the front door be trimmed back at least by 1 foot. The path is very awkward to walk along right now.

Steer Clear of VRBO and Turnkey
Both VRBO and Turnkey are largely offshore marketing machines, load on extra fees and are terrible at customer service. Regardless of the property and its attributes, if you have any issues you will have a time taking care of them. We rented a cute house, VRBO added their fee on top of Turnkey's. Your ultimate price will be much more than the price stated. When we checked in, the water was off in the house and the area was under a boil water order for days. We asked for an adjustment and Turnkey agreed to credit us $195, instead they added a charge of $195 so then we had many calls to get the extra charge reversed and are still pending on the credit. Much of this is over their texting number with someone in another country and sometimes you get a person in the US. Hours on calls takes a toll on your getaway. That said we did get a call from a real person local to the property who was very nice. Get a local firm with real people and cut out these layers of red tape and extra fees.

Fabulous home
Fabulous home in a peaceful community. Great accommodations and attention to detail everywhere. We stayed at this property for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect size for me, my wife and 2 children. The private pool was perfect to hop in whenever we wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean, as was the entire place. Supermarkets (Publix and Winn-Dixie) are just a 5 min drive which was very convenient. Overall it felt like home away from home, I would definitely recommend this place.

Florida expedition
In general we loved the property, it's a good size and it was very clean. The neighborhood is very pleasant as well. We loved that the house has bicycles in the garage for the guests to use! The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was no flexibility on the check in or check out times. I think that would it have made the trip even better. I would also suggest to the owner to be more specific in regards to what's in the house, for example, I asked if the house came with a Keurig coffee machine and they said no but they do have one. Also, there was no hand or shower soap anywhere in the house. They did shipped a couple of bottles of shower gel the next evening, so not a big deal.

Will absolutely stay again!
We LOVED our stay. This time it was just myself and my husband, but we easily could have brought our 4 kids. There was plenty of space. The neighborhood was great for walks and runs with a park at the end of the main street. The pool was heated and there was plenty of sun and shade. We will be back for sure!

Very nice home, great large deck and pool. Really enjoyed the home. The property management company was terrible to work with. Very difficult, almost inpossible to contact, not customer friendly at all, the pool was suppose to be heated and it wasn't... Very frustrating experience and it's a shame for the home owner. I personally will not book through TurnKey Vacation Rentals again.

Relaxing
We enjoyed our trip here and spent a lot of time by the pool. We had a few issues with the wifi TV going in and out which was a process to fix. The bed was comfortable but the pillows and sheets couod be updated with something a bit softer. We are a bit spoiled as we normally use bamboo sheets at home. In all it was a great trip! We would definitely stay again!

We are a family of 5, with 3 young daughters. The house was spotless, and had all the amenities to make living there for a week very easy. The pool area is great. The neighborhood seemed extremely safe and was very quiet. We had a great time.

Nice house but terrible property managers
We chose this house because of location and the advertisement of 24/7 communication with turnkey rentals. From our experience we will not book another rental with them again. First off, you will get a text the day before check in from someone with the access code. I had seen on previous reviews that there were some issues, which I expressed, and they promised me those would not be an issue. It all started when we arrived to the house. Unfortunately, the original code was incorrect so I had to call the Texas line as well as text the helpline to get a new access code. The new code worked but the lock would not engage. Long story short after speaking with a manager while standing outside pregnant and having to use the rest room that corporate would reach out to the local contractors and they had an hour to call me back! Good thing the local guys tried to be as accommodating as possible. They were able to come fix the lock, which was broke, within an hour. Then they had to come fix the cable, which broke again during the stay so we did not have cable or internet (my husband needs Internet for work so he had to hot spot his phone). The first night the electricity went out twice. You can not put the AC below 74 or the compressors will freeze since they have 2 very small and older AC units to cool the entire house. The main AC control is NOT where the instruction list is, it’s actually in the main bedroom. So don’t be fooled like we were and wonder why the house was still at 78 at 10pm. Don’t try to open the garage door because the connection is terrible and sometimes doesn’t want to close or open. Lawn people came in the middle of the afternoon while we were in the pool (they do a lazy job). If you have elderly people stay with you (which we did) I would rethink the house because the bathroom countertops and seats were very low lying. Blinds need to be replaced; they just randomly fall off. There are no TVs in the bedroom. Pool drain is not screwed to the bottom of the pool so be careful if you have small children. Overall, the house would be great if they would put the money to fix the problems. From what we experienced I feel like they continue to put a bandaid on something that needs to be replaced. Side note, from our experience the main line customer service is extremely poor. The local contractors were nice but we didn’t want to continue to call them and ruin or vacation time on the phone and waiting for them to arrive.
