Located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the river and lots of fun activities, this four-bedroom home is the perfect combination of comfort and convenience with a screened-in pool and lanai. Grab the cooler, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas provided for guest use and head to the pristine beaches of Manasota Key only 30 minutes from the home. After a day at the beach, everyone will have plenty of space and privacy, and you'll love snuggling up on the comfy living room furniture to watch your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. The kids can enjoy challenging one another to the provided board games while you prepare a delicious meal in the full kitchen equipped with small and major appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of cabinet storage. There are two stools available at the breakfast bar, the dining table includes seating for four, and there is an extra sitting room table with four seats as well. Of course, you can always savor your meals out on the furnished lanai while the kids splash around in the pool with the provided floats - don't forget to prepare a few refreshing libations at the bar before settling into the comfy lounge seating. The home's private washer and dryer will easily keep everyone's clothes nice and clean, so you can afford to pack light for your trip, and the central AC and ceiling fans will cool everything down on those hot afternoons. When it's time for everyone to go to sleep, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of. The primary bedroom includes a mounted flatscreen TV, an en-suite bath, and access to the sitting room. Have a little work to do while you're here? There is a work desk and chair located in the third guest bedroom, and the free WiFi will make it easy to perform a bit of online research for those last-minute projects.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
