Apartment on the ground floor of a villa, located in a privileged place with nice views of the sea and Port de la Selva. It has a magnificent pool, garden and terrace overlooking the sea, and sun loungers for sunbathing and resting. It has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with single beds), a single bedroom and a games room that has a double bed and a single one. The kitchen equipped with oven and microwave and a large living room with views of the garden and television. Also two full bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Air conditioning, heating and Wifi. The upper floor may be occupied by the owner when it comes, but the pool is for private use on the ground floor. The pool covers in all length, does not have an area for children. From inside the property, the accommodation has a private access. Very quiet residential area. The car park has to be done on the street, not inside the property, For 7-8 people. [hidden]
