Logement très insalubre Nous avons découvert un logement sale, le sol collait partout, la terrasse etait recouverte de sable. Nous avons donc nettoyé tout l'appartement à notre arrivée ( balai + serpillère, car pas d'aspirateur ) Le premier jour, nous avons constaté que le volet roulant de la terrasse ne fonctionnait pas,, nous avons contacté l'agence qui a pris note du disfonctionnement, celle ci nous a répondu qu'un technicien aller venir. Aucune nouvelle de l'agence, aucun retour! Nous avons été enormement déçus de l'appartement. - une chambre sentait extrêmement mauvais, nous avons tenté d'y remedier en changeant les draps, en relavant les sols rien n'y a fait, nous n'y avons doncpas dormi, l'odeur etait insoutenable. - il y avait des fourmis partout, dans toutes les pièces, nous avons acheté un produit, sans résu - il n'y avait plus de gaz, nous avons procédé au changement de bouteille - la terrasse ne dispose pas de transat, de store ou de parasol, impossible de garder le frais à l'intérieur et l'usage de la terrasse en journée est inenvisageable. - toute la vaiselle qu'il y avat dans les placards de la cuisine ne nous a pas donné envie de cuisiner, la mauvaise odeur, le gras... L'appartement mériterait un bon rafraîchissement Lors de la remise des clés à l'agence le 26 aout, nous avons indiqué que nous n'avions pas eu de retour concernant le disfonctionnement, on nous a seulement informé que le propriétaire etait au courant.
