There is no parking on the streets. All vehicles should be parked in the driveway or at the guest parking. Boats, trailers, RV’s and oversized vehicles may only be parked in the driveway for 48 hours or less, per HOA guidelines.
Clotheslines are not permitted. Hanging laundry, towels, swimsuits from balconies and porches, etc. are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Loud and obnoxious behavior is not permitted. Grilling is allowed in the built in kitchen area only.
Before you depart please place all trash in the trash can. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Please place the trashcan at the end of the driveway for pick up. Trashcans should not be placed outside on non-trash days. Trashcans should be brought back to the designated area after pickup.
No Parties are permitted.
Renters assume responsibility for safe usage of pool and supervision of children near water.
Renters must be 21 years of age.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed inside and around the premises.
The HOA reserves the right to fine every violation of the rules, regulations and policies at a minimum of $500 per violation.
