The best stay ever
I’ve have been staying at the Hilton for years, I absolutely love everything about the place especially that staff. The staff is literally the reason why I return with my entire family. I feel so safe when I’m there. The only tiny issue I have I am ready for the Hilton to do so much needed upgrades.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Hilton. The staff at the front, particularly those in the drop-off area and at the front desk, are consistently professional and courteous. Their pleasant demeanor and attentive service contribute to a positive guest experience. While there may be areas where additional customer service training could be beneficial, this should be observed and addressed by managers.

Excellent BUT...
Overvall the hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However upon arrival on Friday we were notified that the pool would be closed on Saturday from 4pm till Sunday 7am. This information should have been shared with the guests prior to arrival. On Saturday the entire day up until 4pm, the pool was filled with noise and extra personnel setting up for the event, they started moving out the pool chairs and umbrellas way before 4pm. The music was also extremely loud so we didnt venture out of our hotel room that night.The pool was supposed to reopen at 7am on Sunday, however at 10am they were still breaking down tents, and putting back pool chairs a d umbrellas. This was not the relaxing weekend and if was guven prior notice i would not have booked hilton.

Hilton Trinidad is always a great stay. Only issue this stay was they had a huge party going on and the parking was very difficult to find as a registered guest. Eventually got a parking spot after driving around for 20 minutes. Otherwise the stay was very good.
