You Name It! has 5 bedrooms (3 Kings/ 2 Doubles/ 2 Bunk Beds).

Spend the day in the ocean or relaxing in the "gulf front elevated/heated pool" that overlooks not only the beach, but also the beach volleyball court. Spend some time playing Shuffleboard, challenge your family to a Cornhole or Ping Pong Tournament or just sit back and spot the dolphins swimming in the ocean.

After a full day in the sun, this newly constructed 5 bed/6 bath home is the perfect place to grill out by the pool or wind down and relax on the screened in porch where you're able to catch the spectacular sunset as it creates panoramic views across the house. This home is handicap accessible and can be moved about with ease in a wheelchair (it is not qualified as ADA).

Quiet Beach Stay
We stayed for 2 weeks in the winter season. Loved the quiet location and spending time walking the beach each day. The home is exactly as advertised, we hope to be back again someday.

We were a group of 9 - 2 teens, 3 senior citizens 80+ and 4 in their 50s - we gathered for Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time together. Love the layout of the house, all bedrooms are on the perimeter and big open space in the middle with kitchen, dining and living room. Loved the outdoor seating too. A great house for people with mobility challenges. Beautiful view, lovely sounds and a house well decorated and looked after. Oh, and there is an EV charger which was a big bonus for us. Excellent communication with host.

Very nice house, number of bedrooms was perfect for our family of grandparents,kids,grandkids. Pool very, very much enjoyed by kids. Liked that it was shallow enough for a non-swimming grandma to walk in, so I was able to watch the kids while parents were on the beach. Had a wonderful vacation here.

The BEST property on the Cape!!
This is our family’s all-time favorite place to stay on the Cape.. There were 12 of us staying for the week and we had plenty of room with all accommodations.. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, everything was very clean on arrival. The management was, very accessible and answered any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay at “You Name It” again and again.

Phenomenal!!
Beautiful place!! Looks just like the pictures, but better. Views are fantastic, especially for sunsets! The pool is a perfect place to cool off and the kids enjoyed playing. Quick walk to beach. Owners have gone above and beyond to make sure you have all you could possibly want ot need.

Family Vacation 2024
What a beautiful place. Everything we expected. This 5 bedroom home accommodated our large family with a vacation we will not forget. The beach was beautiful, with spectacular sunsets. The private pool let us relax with our little grandson. We had campfires on the beach, ping-pong tournaments, and great family meals at the large dinning room table with the help of a fully equipped kitchen. We will be back.

Secluded Beach Getaway
We took a much needed family vacation. The house was perfect! Though we only used a couple bedrooms, it could hold a much larger group. The beach was quiet and away from some of the more densely built parts of the beach. The house is located closer to middle of the peninsula, which is nice if you have to drive into PSJ. It’s also walkable to Weber’s Donuts! The house has a lot of toys for the beach so don’t worry about buying stuff to entertain the kids, there’s more than enough there (and we added a kite to that list). Only suggestion for guests is that the house didn’t have (or we couldn’t find) some basic kitchen needs, so plan to buy or bring S&P, Spices, Ziploc Bags, Tupperware, Tall Garbage Bags, Olive Oil, etc. but again, this is nothing compared to the overall experience and location. I also REALLY appreciated that the gas grill is hooked into the houses natural gas system, so no need to worry about propane! Was a great trip!

Property is great. House has all accessories you need to cook meals except spices. Game room was nice. Lots of sports stuff and beach chairs and beach toys to use. Beach was not very crowded. The one drawback was kids bunk beds. They were flimsy and very creaky. Other than that, you’ll love the property

family vacation
We had a great time, the house was right on the beach - just a short boardwalk to get to the sand. There were 11 of us, 6 adults and 5 children aging from 5 to 10. There was plenty of space for us all and we never ran out of pots, pans, glasses, mugs, plates etc as the house was very well stocked. Our dogs loved walking on the beach and swimming every day. Pet towels were supplied which was a bonus :) The view from the deck/pool was wonderful and the children all enjoyed the pool. Mare was very easy to contact if wewere to need anything or have questions. We definitely recommend this house and would love to return.

Something for everyone
We love how close the house is to the very peaceful beach. A pool is located right outside the screened in porch for those who chose to play in it. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare all meals. It was nice to stay in and have casual family dinners each night. Everyone loved having all five bedrooms on the same floor as the kitchen and living area. It was fun thinking of a name for your house, too!

Family Beach Trip
This was our family beach trip. We had 8 adults and 4 (ages 4-8) children and this was by far the best VRBO experience we have ever had. This spot was perfect for our family. Everything about it...the bedrooms, baths, pool, kitchen, volleyball, beach view, sunset, uncrowded beach only steps away...perfection. We brought our bikes and rode on the bike path, that went for miles. It was right across the street with easy access. The little market, ice cream shop and fish market was less than a mile away! We will be back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!
Our stay at this property could not have been more perfect. Everything was so pretty and clean. Kitchen had all the pans, utensils, etc. that you could need for a large group. There’s even a crockpot available. The grill is hooked to gas line. No need to worry about a tank running out. Having a wine fridge, ice maker and second fridge in the garage made it so convenient for storage of large amounts of food and beverages. The beach chairs, floats and other items were a pleasant bonus. The elevator made getting luggage in and out of the house easy and convenient. The pool is salt water and so refreshing if you do t want to be at the beach for some reason. The screened in porch was so very nice. The beach is a short boardwalk away and it’s just lovely. The game room would be perfect for any rainy days. You will not regret a decision to stay here! PS: the smoke alarms work. My daughter discovered this when she cooked bacon but forgot to turn on the range hood. Thankfully the range hood works too! 😆

Peaceful Stay
Our family had a great time. This is a perfect place for the kids. The home is off of the main road with no car traffic. There is some new home construction close by but hardly noticeable for the most part. The beach access and the beach are just beautiful along with the home itself. We have stayed in many Vrbo homes, and this one is just as nice.

You Name It
This property was gorgeous and the layout was perfect for families with a wide age range. There was plenty to do for the teenagers with the volleyball court, pool, downstairs game room, and the views and arrangement of outdoor vs indoor seating made it perfect for the adults to visit and spend time together. Mare is the absolute PERFECT most knowledgeable property owner and couldn’t be more helpful and kind. She’s made our experiences vacationing to this area a dream. We can’t thank her and her family enough!! She’s one of the reasons we continue to come back!! Love you Mare, and thanks again for everything!!!😘😘

beautiful house on beautiful beach
Excellent location and beautiful property. The children loved the heated pool and the games available. The view from the screened in porch was breathtaking. A stunning sun set on most nights. It rained on a couple of days but we found plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed picking up shells. The property manger was great. There was an elevator which made bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. There was a well stocked kitchen and an ice maker. Would definitely stay here again.

Girl’s Trip 2023….Can’t say enough about this place! From the moment we drove up I knew this was going to be a fabulous place. The pictures are spot on and the view breathtaking. The elevator came in handy each day with all the things we purchased from the friendly towns. We enjoyed ping-pong listening to 70’s music, played cards, used the chairs provided for a bon-fire on the beach, watched the dolphins each morning swim by, swam in the pool each evening, star gazed at night, watched jets and a C-5 fly by, laughed, grilled out evenings and made ourselves at home. Thank you for letting us have such a wonderful adventure in your fantastic home and Darla my Yorkie-Poo made friends with the other dogs on the beach. I look forward to returning in the future!

Absolutely perfect!!!
My family and I have been going to the Cape for 25 years. My children now have small children of their own, and this is the best place we have ever stayed.on the Cape. The location is perfect, the house is modern, beautiful, and very well appointed. The screened porch is a big plus and of course the kids loved the the pool and game room. I don’t have a single negative about this property.

Another great stay!
This is the spot if you are looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Great floor plan, pool, screened deck area, Vollyball, gaming area, a chefs kitchen, and a beach practically to yourself. We enjoyed dolphins and stingrays sightseeing throughout the day and roasting marshmallows for s’mores by the fire at night. Another memorable trip at You Name It!

Book this home NOW; you'll be glad you did!
Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed like-new beach home. Great location on the Cape; big, quiet, uncrowded, squeaky white-sand beach, but also easy walk to Cape Tradin' Post for groceries if needed. Home is very clean, comfortable, and has every amenity you need. Pool is not huge, but perfect for hanging out with friends and family. 5 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom is great, especially for bigger families. Beds are super comfortable, towels/linens are clean and good quality, internet is fast, even with multiple devices, and sunset views and stargazing are amazing. We only used the elevator for arrival and departure to move luggage, etc., but it would be perfect for travelers with any mobility issues. Mare is great to work with; we had 2 very minor issues with the blender and ice-machine, and she responded within minutes to each issue and had them repaired the same day. I will absolutely and happily stay here again!
