Gulf Side Home With a Private Pool!

Beach State offers an exquisite vacation experience in this beautifully remodeled home featuring stunning Gulf views and a private swimming pool. This residence comprises four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first floor presents an open floor plan, incorporating the living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The second floor boasts two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a television that allows access to streaming applications for personal entertainment. There is ample seating available on the deck and the patio by the pool. Additionally, there is an outdoor bathroom for pool guests. Situated beach-side, the emerald waters are just a short distance away.
Beach State is a non-smoking unit and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Beach house stay
We all had a wonderful time. The private pool was so nice. The view of the beach was spectacular. It was a very quick walk to the beach. There were all sorts of amenities that helped make our stay memorable. We will come again.

Amazing view and even more amazing beach town!
This house was the perfect stay for my family! There was so much room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The kitchen and living room were the perfect place to come together and hang out. The couch was super soft and comfy. All the deck areas had amazing views of the oceans and were the perfect place to sit out and watch the waves crash in the evening. The pool was amazing to come back to after a long day in the salt water. The master bedroom has the most amazing view of the beach with a nice big window view. Mexico beach/Port St. Joe area have so much to offer for all ages and fun night life for those looking for it all! Very short walk to a cute shop that offers fresh seafood and touristy apparel and gifts. We loved every second of our vacation and will definitely be back soon!

There were only a couple of small issues. The ac/heat downstairs did not work at all. The internet access information was not accurate but were able to figure out how to access wifi. Also, 4 bathrooms were listed on the rental information but we only saw and had access to 3 bathrooms. Other than that the house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Luckily we didn't really that thermostat downstairs except for Sat and Sunday when the temp was 60 degrees downstairs

Girl's Trip
The home is large and beautiful, just steps from the beach. There are two large bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bath. The two smaller rooms on the main level share one bath. The fourth bath is on the ground level to serve the pool. The kitchen is well equiped with a keurig coffee maker and blender. Unfortunately the internet is almost non-existant so no wifi or netflix.
