Viihtyisä bungalow omalla kylpyhuoneellisella sisustuksella, erittäin mukava queen-size-vuode

Erittäin yksityinen, tilava, irrotettu päärakennuksesta, ihanteellinen parille;
kettu sisälsi tariffiin.
Olemme erittäin hyvin matkustettu pari, joka rakastaa puhua ihmisille kaikista taustoista ja elämänaloista.
Talo on 90 sekunnin ajomatkan / 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä yhdeltä Viktorian parhaimmista uima- ja kalastusrannoista, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä lautalta, 4 minuutin ajomatkan päässä viiteen viinitilaan ja golfkerhoon.

Alkuperäinen avotakka noin 40 vuotta vanha, sopii erinomaisesti kylmiin talviöihin, jopa kylmiin kesäyöihin. polttopuut toimitetaan.

Amazing Cosy Bungalow
This Bungalow was in lovely surroundings and well located to all facilities. The attention to detail in the bungalow was top quality. The little added touches, we had chocolate brownies and a fruit platter waiting for us, were amazing and very unexpected. The hosts, Denise and Ian, were extremely helpful and friendly. Ian, can you please let John know when the submarine races are on so we can book the bungalow and get back down there to watch it. Thank you again to you both for such a lovely set up and your kindness. Hope to see you again soon, John and Lisa

what an amazing property . we arrived to be met by Denise and Ian who showed us through .the included breakfast was sensational with home made Bread and jams made from fruit from the garden . chocolate slice for afternoon tea ! on leaving we were sent off with plums and rhubarb from the garden . easily the best stayz property weve stayed in . 10 stars !

Wonderful experience
It was just what we needed. Host and hostess friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean and tidy, bed comfortable. Milk, bread, three kinds of cereal, home-made biscuits and a fruit bowl waiting for us when we arrived. Surrounded by garden and a short walk to the view of the bay. We enjoyed it very much.

What a lovely couple to stay with, despite being a short walk into town we were met at the ferry and given a lift to the cute, comfy little studio. Definitely recommend Little Mussel cafe too, delicious. Thank you for recommendations and Easter treats!

A gorgeously decorated and equipped little place perfect,
The hosts have thoughtfully equipped and decorated their guest space. It was perfect for our overnight visit to attend a wedding nearby. Beautifully cleaned, neat and tidy. Close to wineries, beach and town a great little get away location for couples. The hosts were such lovely people and incredibly helpful. Denise was there to check us in to a great property, that included unexpected niceties such as a fancy loaf of fresh bread, condiments and sweets. Denise explained how to use all appliances in the bungalow and was delightful. Meet Ian on the last day and we enjoyed a nice chat, with both he and Denise being perfect hosts. Bed was comfy, telly was huge, nice couch and dining set up. All the little extras were greatly appreciated and topped off a great experience. Quality beverages, fruit, sweets and spreads (some homemade), to name a few. We recommended the bungalow to friends we caught up with at lunchtime after our first night, so impressed we were less than 24 hours after check in. After 3 nights, our recommendation is stronger. Thanks Denise and Ian!!

Perfect for Bellarine Wineries or Beach
We stayed for one night as a stopover on the way back to Mornington Peninsula and chose the location to be close enough to the golf courses and Queenscliff-Sorrento ferry, which were 20 minutes away. The location was nice and quiet and the bungalow is clean and well presented. We were greeted by the host Ian who helped with our luggage and gave a briefing on the facilities and provided helpful local knowledge on dining options. Denise provides some lovely home-made extras (cookies & jams) and the fridge is stocked with all you need for a light continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon ensured we could keep the summer heat at bay. The need to park on the street (albeit in a small court) was a negative for us, especially as our car was the only one on the in the court. Overall it was a lovely stay and Ian and Denise were friendly and engaging. If we'd realised how close we were to the Bellarine wineries, we might have considered a longer stay

The property was very clean and very comfortable. A peaceful place. Gorgeous garden and lovely hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We really appreciated the lovely personal touches such as the baked cookies, fresh fruit and loaf of bread. The breakfast supplies were second to none. Thanks so much, we enjoyed our stay very much.
