This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in the staff is very rude and aggressive the room stunk so bad I had to buy cleaner and carpet deodorizer and nothing helped it was very very pungent there was needles and razors on the outside of the property it was loud at night and I felt very unsafe and that's just the bare minimum of what I have to say about this place zero Stars read the reviews before you enter the managers or the owners shouldn't be allowed to run property I was cussed at very aggressively in front of my small grandson just for asking for accommodations TV didn't work there was no ventilation Etc

As usual Lacey and Amond went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Especially making sure we were close to the stairs with my older dog who had trouble walking. Thank you ladies you’re amazing

Upon arrival, the first room we were given was clearly under construction. Fresh sheet rock just hung, painting had just been done in part of the room, the bed was in the bathroom. The second room we were given, when i opened the door, there was a fresh bug bomb that had been set off earlier in the evening. The 3rd room was their King Suite. The toilet would NOT FLUSH! When we went to check out, the lady at the front counter had one of the worst customer service attitudes i have EVER experienced at a motel. I will NEVER be staying here again. The question i want answered is, what were they bombing the room for ??????!!!! My advice, stay away.

Nothing they didn't even clean our room for the 5 days we were there!! And the parking lot was filthy dirty and you had to take your own garbage to the dumpster and they were remodeling 20 room's couldn't wait to get out of there and home

We booked one night. 1 night. We heard banging and saws until about 9ish pm. Then was awakened at 8am to the same thing. The carpet was extremely dirty. The toilet overflowed and when we told them they didn't say anything just looked at us as if we were kids. I usually love this place but this experience has me reconsidering some things.

We were there for 2 days 😊 my property mgt company put us their to fix our plumbing in our apartment then they couldn't fix it for a few days so we came home but on Sunday the 6th we are returning for 5 more days so they can permanently fix our plumbing 😊
