Broadway is a bustling street in the heart of Portland. This cozy unit, referred to as the Painted Hills Suite, in a fourplex is located on the Eastside near the Moda Center, restaurants, etc. Downtown Portland is a 7-minute drive across the bridge. Sitting just three blocks from the BIKETOWN rental location, you have a number of transportation options.

Each one of our the vacation units are custom themed and fully furnished with large living room, formal dining room, full size kitchen, large bedrooms and large sun rooms. You won't find a better nightly rental deal in the heart of Portland. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with swo side by side twins. There are additionally two sofa beds, one in the living room, one in the sun room. There is a large table in the dining room, so you can cook, share a meal together, and then go out on the town or stay in and watch a movie on one of the two Roku TV's. Our building has all of the charm and character you would expect from a custom built turn of the century old Portland fourplex.

You'll be able to enter and exit as you please with a unique door code. As this is a fourplex, you will only have access to the unit that you rented. The door to the stairwell to the basement is located in between the bedroom and bathroom. You may use the shared basement space, but please be courteous of other guests.

Parking: There is hourly paid parking directly in front of the building. There is also parking in the neighborhood across the street for free.
There are security cameras on property at the outdoor entrance and sidewalk.

A really honest review
The host was readily available. We found this quaint flat to be adequate for our two night visit.There were some stain spots on the front sofa that should have been taken care of prior to our arrival, especially when you are charging such a high cleaning fee. The shower curtains could have also been cleaner or replaced. The sound of the busy street didn’t bother us, but the ear plugs there just in case, was a nice touch.Overall, this is actually a really good place to rest after your daily activities.

Property is centrally located, nice common area. Coffee pot had moldy liquid and grounds when we checked in, lobby area is very dirty and unwelcoming, unit itself was clean otherwise.

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, air conditioning works great, nice size kitchen. Pleasant surprise in dining room, there is a pull out bed that two adults can sleep. The bed is very comfortable. The sunroom is comfortable when not hot outside. Washers and dryers are in the basement. There are stairs outside the apartment. If you are on the second floor there are more stairs inside. Parking outside on the street you do have to pay. Between 6pm and 8am there is no charge. Sundays are free. There is parking one block north will no fee and no problem parking.

I’ve stayed in most of the neighborhoods in Portland and this was by far the best. Great location, safe and quiet with much to offer the visitor, and also the ease of getting around the city. The apartment itself is 5 star, large and comfortable. The rental team is wonderful to work with. I will return here

My family enjoyed the stay. The inside of the place was much better than the outside. The street was very busy with homeless people and a cannabis store across the street that stayed busy. The parking wasn’t the best if you got back late. But all in all would stay again. Would suggest reinforcing the door as the strike plate was very loose.

Great lodging during convention!
Our group attended a convention at the Oregon Convention Center. This property was perfect for us! It had enough beds to support our larger group size (and the bed storage was interesting and fun while still being super comfortable!). It was a quick walk to the convention center, felt safe and secure, and had lots of food and transit options nearby. All of this while still being affordable! I would definitely recommend this listing!

The management is wonderfully responsive and accommodating! I mom-brained and they adjusted my dates without a charge! Lifesavers! The space was clean, spacious and flexible. The bed in the dining room is SO COOL! And there’s lots of storage for suitcases and your shopping (we were up for small business Saturday). The neighborhood is colorful but no trouble with safety. So easy to get around town. Parking was easy and we didn’t ever see anyone enforce parking. Highly recommend!

This was such a great find. I was unsure because there weren’t photos of all the beds but luckily this trip it was just four of us. But there are plenty of places to sleep. Also just so many areas to relax as well as work- did a bit of both. It really ended up being perfect.

Very nice stay!
Very easy to find and get in and out of. So much room inside! Furnishings and decor were nice. Beds were very comfortable (including the fun “secret” trundle bed in the dining room) and there was a walk-in closet. 😊 The back sunroom was a nice bonus. Great kitchen with everything you could need - quality pots and pans and dishes.
