This isn't a family place to stay, this is for people on a business trip. I couldn't believe they made you pay for the breakfast there is no continental breakfast you pay $16.99. Not for me and my kid, but great for professionals

Our keys did not work. We went down to the desk and instead of giving us a new room they let us in and gave us “new keys”. Still did not work we were promised it would be don’t by the time we got back from dinner. We got back 7 hours later and it was still not fixed.

Everything was mostly awesome. Hotel, room, Clean, nice, pool was clean and great. Front desk guy was AMAZING! However, the restaurant and bar staff were horrible. Never tried to greet you, had to always find them to order something, left us sitting several times after making eye contact to order, forgot several orders, tried to give me a 3oz pour on a $9 glass of wine. We had 6 people for dinner and after being directed to seat ourselves waited for 20 min before I got up and asked for menus. Adult vs kid burger was the same except smashed and over cooked to look bigger. Front desk was great. Other staff very lacking. Constantly felt rushed to appease them. No service skills at all!
