Kaunis hiljattain uusittu 2br / 2ba ylimmän kerroksen huoneisto yhdessä Portlandin parhaista lähiöistä on nyt saatavana! Mukana on näkymät, oma terassi, turvattu parkkipaikka, ilmainen Wifi ja kaikki tarvitsemasi oikealle liikkumiselle. Tule käymään yötä, kuukautta tai niin kauan kuin haluat.

Huoneistosta voit kävellä Zupans-ruokakauppaan (aivan meidän alapuolella) ja kerätä kaikki tarvitsemasi kokkiasi herkullisen aterian täysin varustetussa keittiössä. Voit kävellä paikallisessa kahvilassa tuoretta leivonnaista ja paikallisesti kahvia valmistettua. Voit kävellä tai juoksua kaunista joenrantareittiä pitkin, joka johtaa keskustaan ostoksille tai onnelliseksi tunniksi. Voit vuokrata polkupyöriä, kajakkeja, nousta melontalaudoille tai kalliokiipeillä valtavalla rantakiipeilyllä sijaitsevalla kuntosalilla, joka vain estää tietä. Great hangout with OHSU convenience
Yes, there are stairs gave us a workout, but good exercise. The condo was the family hangout during the wait for OHSU surgery and after recovery, its a straight shot from condo to OHSU parking and Tram. Our extra family stayed at Rivers Edge Hotel also convenient to condo. Dan the Man, handyman, super helpful and nice guy.OMG, super close to Zupans Market. Well actually right through the breezeway to the wonderful, alittle pricey, but so worth it Zupan's Market. The whole family loved wondering through Zupan's which made for interesting meals at condo.Parking was convenient under condo, Park was right across Macamdam, spaghetti factory close and great food.Great location very convenient to Portland waterfront and medical district. We'll return but after recovery from heart surgery, those stair would do him in right now. Thank you for sharing your place.

Very comfortable condo in great condition and location. Secure parking, non pet and smoking, and next door to Portlands finest market. Also, one block from beautiful riverfront park. The host was very helpful thru reservation and checkin process.

Amazing stay in great location!!
The condo was very roomy and had all the amenities you could need. Located right next to a Zuppans market(which is also amazing) and is in short walking distance from a beautiful park and the Willamette River, it was a very enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend and would stay there again.

This is our second time staying here and we loved the home and location just as much as we did the first time. The location couldn’t be any better. It’s a quick walk to the market or the park or a quick ride to the freeway. We love having coffee on the balcony in the mornings or reading in the afternoons. The house is clean and has everything we need. We will be back.

Wonderful 3-night stay!
This was a great property - attractive unit in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the close proximity of the walking path along the river! Destinations like the Downtown/Pearl District were an easy 15 minute drive. Highly recommended.

Short Surgical Stay
Wonderful location for a brief stay for our daughter's surgery! Despite being downtown it's delightfully quiet, a quick skip down the stairs to the grocery store and 10 minutes from the "hill" and all medical hospitals. This is our second time staying here for our daughter's procedures and we would highly recommend it.

Great short stay
This was a wonderful apartment for us. We were two couples and there was ample room. The bedrooms and beds were great, the kitchen and living spaces were plentiful and well appointed. Importantly, the air conditioning worked great - it was near 100 degrees (38 C) and it stayed cool and comfortable inside. The kitchen could have used a few more plates and glasses, but all was good. Thanks for a great stay.

The property was very modern with a great little market down the steps. It was very convenient to the river and also great restaurants. The 4th of July fireworks on the river were fantastic! We had a super time, and will try to stay again at this location.

My sister and I took my niece to see 4 colleges in the area. This was an amazing place to stay right next to a beautiful grocery store and other stores. Very clean and love the 2b 2ba set up. The stairs keep giving you a little exercise. Nice quiet neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Appreciate the good coffee in the kitchen. Thank you so much ❤️💙

Comforts of home
We enjoyed our stay here during our quick trip to Portland. We had a small glitch with the check-in process (passcode wasn't working) but the owners were nearby and available by phone and were able to help us right away. There was plenty of space, the furnishings were comfortable, we cooked in the kitchen with no problems, we found everything we needed. It was conveniently located to a grocery store and other restaurants, not too far from the tram. We felt safe. The space was quiet with no noises coming from neighbors. Request more towels before arriving as they put out just one bath towel per renter. I would stay here again!
