Do not stay there if you are trying to check in with family and a American passport. The staff was not trained for it, me and my daughter try to check in with our passports and they ask for a birth certificate because in tge American passport it does not show who the parents are like the Brazilian documents (passport and ID) even thought we have the last name and she looks just like me. After management was involved (at this point was already a inconvenience) the receptionist checked us in, in a room with a queen bed, after we were already in the room the receptionist offer to move us to a 2 single bed room. I said ok, and it was the worst there were termites everywhere the nightstand and board on the wall look like it was covered in Sand. So after the awful check in experience (due to a lack of training) and the termites infestation I grab my teen daughter call a Uber at 1am and checked out. Do not recommend!!!

An option not far from airport
I stayed at this hotel a couple times Neighborhood : It is a great location and good coffee shops al at enjoyable walking distances. Looks like a safe area with a lot people walking on the streets, too. It is a short commute from the airport and other points on the city. Services: people are attentive and friendly. Conditions: The room spaces are appropriate. Some need updates and renovation. They offers a breakfast buffet that includes on the fee. It includes season fruits, juices, a sort of breads, eggs, coffee and tea. There is not offered transportation from the airport, however Uber will be covering both ways soon. Internet: it works at the lobby, but is poor at the rooms, when accessible.

I liked it very much
It wasn't my first time there but I don't know why the receptionist couldn't find my file with Swan Tower but anyways my stay was very good .. I stayed 1 night only but it was good. Mateus was very helpful in teaching me how to connect to the hotel wifi. Thank you Mateus!

Hotel ok. Precisa urgente de uma reforma nos quartos. Quartos com tamanho muito bom, porém uso de carpete ainda. Dá pra ver uma estrutura muito boa, porém sucateada. Café da manhã ok. Estacionamento paga diária de 30 reais.

O hotel é bom e a localização é excelente. Para quem vai tirar o visto americano, é uma ótima escolha! Muito perto do consulado. O hotel já foi muito bonito pelo visto, mas precisa de uma bela reforma. As paredes dos corredores estão descascando. O banheiro precisa de uma bela reforma. É bom, o custo benefício é bom, mas pode melhorar enquanto é tempo.

Elevador estragado! Ninguém avisa! Acesso elevador de serviços em pessimas condições/garagem com vazamento de AGUA/café da manhã decepcionante/atendimento restaurante muito ruim e descordial/sem informação no quarto dos valores do frigobar/estou arrependida de ter visto fotos do hotel e pago um valor que não me proporcionou uma boa experiência! Viajo de dois em dois meses para Porto Alegre e desta vez errei na escolha!
