• Leonor Suite - Romantic room with double bed and private bathroom linked to the room by a wheel-shaped window. In the shower, try the amazing massage shower with a massage column and a foot massage, chrome-therapy and music / radio.
• Henrique Suite - An elegant room with two double beds easily converted into a double bed with private bathroom connected to the bedroom by a "historic" window. It also has the same type of shower, for an invigorating or relaxing bath,
• The bright and quiet office is an ideal place to enjoy good reading.
• Games room - A dedicated leisure space that is also convertible into a room for 1 person with a real bed. Some family games are provided.

Did the trick for us

We spent 3 nights at the apartment and enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be in a central location with a fully furnished apartment at our disposal. It was super easy to get to from the airport (tram to Trindade station) and check-in was clear and easy. It was great to hang out in the back garden but the couch in the living room was not the most comfortable. The kitchen was small and fairly well stocked but there were a couple of appliances (the toaster and coffee maker) that needed to be replaced. Marcia was very responsive and the wifi was excellent. We found that the beds could have been more comfortable and quieter. The bathrooms and air conditioning units were very good. Overall, a great stay in Porto!

Great location and great lodging

This apartment is in a great location. Walking distance from the river front and many sites. Cafe, bakery, and market close by. Lovely patio. We ate many meals on the patio dining table. Spacious with comfortable bedrooms. The host was very responsive. Easy check in. Parking very close by. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Fabulous Porto spot

The stay was amazing. We had no issues with check in, despite arriving late at night and the communication with the host was great from start to finish. We had a small issue that was resolved quickly and I just want to say how awesome the place is! Location , size of property and facilities are just perfect. Thank you!

Great location.. some issues with apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Pros - central location close to everything, laundromat next door is convenient, modern kitchen. The bedrooms are small and did not have any storage, but there was ample storage in the hallway for 2 adults and 2 older children. Cons - Living room is on the small side, understandable for an older apartment. However, it is pretty cluttered and the furniture is not at all comfortable. It's not a great space for the family to just hang out. There were some electrical (fused bulb in bathroom mirror) and plumbing (backed up shower in 1 bathroom) issues that I hope will be taken care of before next guests arrive. The host was responsive and tried getting the shower issue fixed, but unfortunately it was not fixed.

Central location

Confortable for breakfast on site and late easy diner. Within a range of 10 minutes of Ben Sento train station, grocery and restaurants. 25 min walk for the river border. Clean and matching description. Communication with the landlord are A1.

Great location/apartment!

Spacious and charming apartment, wonderfully located. Walk few blocks to Mercado Bolhao, other shopping, Ideale Clube de Fado, Portus shop for port and wine tasting. Would recommend!!

This apartment smelled from the moment we walked in. We could not use one of the bathrooms because of the sewage smell. I had continual exacerbation of my asthma requiring an inhaler. Manager said they could not help until Monday ?2 days later). We were leaving that day. We would not recommend this place. ☹️☹️

Clean appartment but more style over substance

The apartment is clean and well presented. However, the outdoor area was a massive disappointment. What wasn't clear in the description was that the apartment is above a launderette and the vent from the dryers etc. comes out right next to the outdoor table. Each day the table was covered in fluff from the driers - and the smell meant that it wasn't a relaxing area to sit. The kitchen was smart but the door handles were very difficult to open - particularly on the fridge and the dishwasher. The kitchen would benefit from additional utencils such as a collander and spatula's to stir/cook with. The apartment was in a commercial part of town yet was reasonably convenient for getting around. A major attraction in booking this property was the outdoor area. This was a disappointment and would not recommend.

Charming apartment in Porto

We were able to park our car in the garage just up the street which was really convenient (40€ for 3 days). The apartment is clean and bright and in a great location to walk to everything in Porto. The garden in back is amazing. The showers are a bit of a challenge but everything else about the place worked very well for us (2 couples stayed for 3 nights).

Great place for 2 couples.We walked everywhere. Perfect location!

Ample room for 2 couples in perfect location. Everything works well and the building is very nice. The kitchen is large and has space for more than 4. Very clean. Air conditioning works well. Nicely decorated as shown in photos. We found parking on the street or in nearby parking lots. There is a convenient laundromat next door. We didn’t use the outdoor area much at all because there were many flies out there. Everything was clean and I would definitely recommend this apartment. I didn’t give 5 stars for 2 reasons. 1) The nespresso coffee maker required a certain type of pod. We were provided with 4 to get us started but couldn’t find any place that sold them. I should have asked for guidance on this but I kept thinking we’d find them. Anyway, for 4 coffee drinkers not having coffee available was a challenge. There are several lovely bakeries for breakfast very nearby so we didn’t wait long for coffee. 2) Our friends said the bed in their room was small and a little sloped so not as comfortable as the other room with two twins that we pushed together. Maria Regina was very helpful and gave us suggestions for places to eat and visit. I can’t say enough how perfect the location is for seeing the beautiful city of Porto— my favorite place in Portugal!

Within walking distance of almost everywhere and perfect place to recharge our batteries

We stayed for three nights and it was a perfect base for four of us. We walked everywhere except Foz/Matosinhos when we took the tram and bus. It was a bonus to have a garden - useful to have the umbrella so we could even sit out when it rained! Lots of information available in the apartment as well as from Marcia when we arrived. We arrived early and there is a very useful storage facility just by the apartment which we used. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment in great location

The apartment was very roomy, clean and well-equipped and the host was very gracious, providing lots of information about the area, restaurants, parking, museums, surrounding neighborhoods and best beach. The garden was a great asset as well. The location was very convenient to the train station, and easy walk to the riverside. The one thing that would be helpful, when two couples are staying, is an extra key for the outside door.

Fantastic apt, and great location

Two retired couples stayed there 8 days in July and had a great time. Location is perfect for visiting the city by foot, while the train, metro, and tram rides are in easy walking distance. The public market, large grocery store and many pastry stores are within one block, as are many good restaurants. Everything you need is in the apt, but for us the best feature was the fabulous patio, where we spent every evening outside playing bridge and drinking, what else, port. I would definitely rent this property again on my next trip to Porto.

This is a superb property ideally placed for all of Porto. The owner is a delight and very helpful.

The owner Marcia met us absolutely on time and gave us as much information as we could possibly take in. The apartment is very comfortable and was a great place to start the day and return to. There were one or two practical things missing (a coffee maker, tea towels and/or dishwasher tablets) but all easily resolved. On the plus side it was good to have some basic food and drink essentials there. The ensuite bathrooms were excellent, as were all the rooms and the outdoor space really made it for us. Marcia was very generous in letting us stay at the apartment until we needed to leave for the airport on the last day. Her advice regarding buses and getting about generally was really helpful. We'd be happy to recommend the apartment to others.
