dans un quartier calme proche de tout
appartement agréable dans résidence assez calme avec en face quelques petits commerces (pharmacie,cafés,bazar,coiffeur...)et d un mini parc de jeux cloturer( balançoire, tobogan..)idéal pour passer un moment de détente avec enfant de bas ages.Il est assez bien situé proche d un supermarché CONTINENT, pas loin de la plage ,du centre ville et du bord du DOURO , accès assez facile aux rues principales (GPS conseillé au début ) .
