Hotel limpo, só precisa atravessar uma rua e ja estava na praia. Aproximadamente 20 min do aeroporto e do centro, praia de banho muito boa, é praia de tombo. Hotel estava em reforma e não havia nenhum aviso na reserva. Na foto do anúncio mostra que tem tendas na praia, porém não é do hotel!

Ho prenotato una stanza tripla economica non essendoci altre disponibilità.La stanza era talmente economica che mancavano anche i vetri. Solo persiane. Porta di ingresso in metallo che lasciava una apertura ai lati di oltre 5 cm che abbiamo riempito con gli asciugamani. Stanza umida e arredamento molto vecchio, al punto che una lampada di vetro è caduta sulla testa di uno di noi, per fortuna senza ferire, ma rompendosi. Colazione misera. Ce ne siamo andati il prima possibile. Prezzo molto alto per la qualità offerta. Da evitare le stanze economiche

Falta de estrutura!

O hotel tem tudo pra ser maravilhoso... Porém não foi a impressão que tivemos, foi duas estadias a minha e da minha filha que teve que trocar de quarto após muita insistência o dia todo e somente a noite, pois o ar condicionado dela simplesmente não funcionava. no nosso quarto a primeira impressão, cheiro de mofo no banheiro, o ar condicionado precário muito velho, o frigobar quase se condições de uso, e não há nenhuma mesa ou suporte no quarto ou partileiras, parece que não confere antes de entregar para o hóspede... Ja no 1°dia de hospedagem falta água em todo hotel para banho, deixaram queimar a bomba, isso sendo num domingo foi terrível pós praia, via-se hóspedes pegarem água da piscina pra dar descarga no quarto, demorada a solução mais contrataram um caminhão pipa para abastecer o hotel, porém as primeiras águas estavam muito sujas (parece ser comum a falta de água no hotel, pois em toda nossa estádia chegava caminhão pipa), a limpeza dos quartos era bem feita e rápida uma grande vantagem, café da manhã bom... Agora o pior...Vc estar de férias, pagar quase 5 mil em estádia e chegar pós praia e passeio ja tarde da noite e deparar com o quarto inundado e não ter nenhum respaldo da recepção (3°dia estádia e o mínimo que deveria ser feito a troca do quarto) mas a solução foi me dar um rodo pra limpar o quarto? Problema foi resolvido apenas no outro dia pela gte comercial Jerusa (muito educada) troca de quarto. Mas a impressão não foi das melhores! Falta estrutura e pessoal

Hotel recém adquirido / anexado a rede Ramada, portanto está muito a baixo dos demais hotéis da rede, que inclusive já frequentamos em outros países. Tudo está em plena reforma, um grande “tapa” estão dando em pinturas externas. Mas será necessário investir bastante. Faltou água por 2 dias no banheiros, todos os dias tráfego de caminhão pipa. Quebra quebra em cima do nosso quarto. A impressão que passa é que eles compraram os hotéis ao lado e estão emendando / juntando em uma coisa só. Banheiro reformado mas antigo. Localizado em uma das melhores praias da região. Café da manhã OK, pouca variação mas atendia. Jantar é bem repetitivo, todos os dias, mas uma comida estilo cadeira honesta. Tolhas eram extraordinárias, limpas, cheirosas e novas. Já tolhas de piscina, teve dia que não tinha para repor. Piscina não é muito grande, quando chega a tarde já está bem suja. Sauna não funcionava adequadamente. Enfim, se eles continuarem os investimentos estruturais, em breve estará nível 3 estrelas com louvor. Hoje, não dá para classificar como 4 estrelas.

Boa estadia

Estadia foi boa. Hotel fica de frente para a praia e próximo a restaurantes e mercado. Quartos limpos. Muita claridade no quarto ao amanhecer, piscina com água muito turva (dando impressão de má higienização) e falta ponto de drenagem / ralo na área da ducha da piscina (também dando má impressão).

Razoável. Não volto e não recomendo.

A estrutura do hotel em si é muito boa, bonita, grande e bem cuidada. A localização é ótima. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, mas deixa muito a desejar, principalmente no banheiro. O quarto quase não tinha tomadas, tivemos muita dificuldade para carregar nossos telefones. Não tinha uma mesa ou bancada, só uma cadeira. O frigobar não era abastecido, estava vazio. O banheiro era terrível, a torneira da pia era automática e ficava aberta uns dois segundos, tinha que ficar apertando o tempo todo. O chuveiro além de sair pouca água ficava oscilando a temperatura durante o banho, tínhamos que ficar o tempo todo regulando a água, um transtorno. Não tinha uma prateleira pra colocar shampoo e a saboneteira não ficava no lugar, então não dava pra colocar o sabonete. A limpeza do quarto era beeem razoável. Teve um dia que minha filha deixou cair um brinco debaixo da cama e ao puxar veio tanta sujeira que fiquei chocada, detalhe: o quarto já tinha sido limpo no dia. A piscina não era bem limpa também, as bordas todas manchadas e não sei o que usavam de produto, mas as roupas de banho ficavam todas manchadas de amarelo, paramos até de usar a piscina, nunca vi algo igual. O café da manhã era bem razoável também, e não tinha variedade de um dia para o outro, sempre as mesmas coisas. Jantamos somente um dia no hotel e valeu a pena, comida gostosa e preço justo. O atendimento no bar e restaurante foi mto bom. Na recepção não sabiam dar informação direito.

Nem parece ser um hotel da rede Ramada. Não gostei

Esperava muito mais da estrutura do hotel, principalmente do quarto e banheiro, considerando ser da rede Ramada. Era tudo bem simples. O café da manhã muito fraco, com todos os itens repetidos durante uma semana. Fiquei em um quarto acima da área de lazer, dormia e acordava com barulho. Pelo preço cobrado, esperava muito mais do hotel. A parte boa é a localização e o atendimento das funcionárias da área de lazer (em especial a Valéria e a Lu).

Hotel razoável porém com falta de manutenção. Tobogã com falhas graves na segurança para crianças. Nos dias de chuva, choveu no meu quarto, faltou água quente 2 dias, energia no restaurante e por aí vai...Pelo valor creio que tenha opções melhores.
