A no frills hotel which is more than enough for a short stay. The hotel is in a great location especially for restaurants, the room I was in is very much basic with a shared bathroom with the room next to the one I was in. At the time that I stayed at the hotel, the weather was really hot. As there was no aircon in the room I was in, trying to get to sleep was very much a challenge due to the humidity, ideally some sort of tower fan should be provided in the room. Besides that I would certainly stay at the hotel again.

I stayed for 3 days. The room is basic (as expected) but outdated with an unpleasant smell likely from previous smoking (the smell likely comes for the carpet). The shower was not draining well and the drain was full or hair and doubtful material. The sink in the bathroom also had an unpleasant smell. The lights went out an evening (bedroom + bathroom) while the plugs were working. This was fixed the following day. Overall disappointed despite the low expectations...

This place is located in a great neighborhood with restaurants, bars and parks very close by. The historic city center is about a 20 minute walk away and it’s nice to stay further away from the most crowded areas. The room was comfortable if a bit basic. Sharing the bathroom was not an issue for me. The one thing I would recommend they do is to add a full length mirror to each room since the only mirror was in the bathroom and it was for one’s face. I like to make sure what I’m wearing looks good and adding a cheap wall mirror would be helpful. Less than 5 minutes walk away is La Grotta, a very cool feature in the park which is part cave/grotto and part palatial building. Make sure you visit it!

It is not far away from the main train station. You can walk or use the line 13 from "Muzeum" to reach it. Even with open window at night it is very quiet outside. A good place. Clean rooms and very friendly personel. I would book it again!
