This property is perfect location for all the major Old Town Prague...the castle is maybe a 20 minute walk at most...The Clock, Charles Bridge, and James Dean Diner are all within 10 minute walk...bonus is the Irish Pub that is steps from entrance...property was super clean and the communication was awesome...would definitely stay at Prague Wishlist again!!!

Communication was the biggest pain and disappointment here. Orbitz emails a confirmation with one address however the actual property is located a few mins away driving. The location itself once you contact the property manager, found him at a centralized location and then finally walk over to find the apartment you booked, it was beautiful. Exactly how it was pictured, clean and in a great area. The process of locating the apartment took over an hour and made some of my friends really uneasy. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. The listing says parking on property but that is incorrect. We had to park at a hotel and pay $40 euros for 1 day after orbitz told us it would be $5 per day. Overall, I would stay somewhere else if I returned because the hassle was not worth it.

The apartment is located in the nicest area of the old town. Basically, few hundred meters away from the main square, but in the quiet street. I think this is the best possible location for a tourist. We were overall pleased with our stay. Communication was very good and we were allowed a late checkout, it was really important for us. I can definitely recommend it.

Automated hallway lighting didn't work making it unsafe and difficult to maneuver the dark staircase. Four door/gate key locks to lock and unlock each time entering and leaving is onerous. There should be fewer security points or a key less entry system. The residence is in a central location with easy access to all of the historical sites in the old city with numerous restaurants in a beautiful area.

Pictures on the website looks nice. However reality is not that great. Apartment we received was far from what I have booked. Also as I am writing this review, I am looking at picture of completely different apartment than was the one where we stayed. On top of all the nightmare, air-conditioning was not working. Also we payed for 4 people, when in fact we were only 2.

Nice flat

Overall, we were pleased with the flat and it's location. I think they could do a better job of communicating prior to arrival of where to go. It was very unclear and we ended up going to the wrong place. It ended up being okay because it was only a 7 minute walk, but after a very long trip to Prague and the need to lug our suitcases over the cobblestones, it would have been nice if we had just been at the right place to begin with. We did get a text from Alex upon arrival, but it didn't come through right away due to our mobile services not clicking in right away. So...I would strongly recommend direct communication from Wishlist explaining where to go. The flat itself was very large and spacious. It was clean and in pretty good shape. There was some water damage in the bathroom above the shower (assuming the people above) and it leaked a little bit one day, but other than that the place was good. The location where we stayed...Jachymova 4...is a great location, but was a bit noisy with all the stag do's going down the street on bicycle bars during the weekends. It wasn't horrible, and it was kind of funny, and it didn't last late into the evening. All in all it was a good place to stay and I would recommend it for folks that want to be super close to town square, have a lot of space and their own kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.

Clean, spacious flat in a great part of Old Town

Our great experience started before we even arrived. We were notified the apartment we'd selected would be unavailable due to construction in the area and the apartment they gave us was, in my opinion, an upgrade for the same price. Great customer care. Communication before and at check in was great. The staff's English is excellent. The apartment is a clean, well lighted place. Seriously, the lighting is great. Plenty of outlets too. The decor is nice and neutral, but modern. The bathroom looks new and is very well appointed. It's neat as a pin and the cleaning staff was incredibly responsive - arrived in a matter of minutes to provide sheets and a demo for the fold out couch. The building is very nice and there are shops and a restaurant which is always packed (in a good way) and the hamburgers are top notch. The area is fun and close to shopping and restaurants. It's good for young and old. There was definitely a mix of ages in the area. I seriously can't recommend this highly enough.
