Wonderful place
We had a great stay. Enjoyed the back patio watching the birds and small critters, even had a visit from a deer one morning. Nice and relaxing quiet stay. Great location too. We were close to many things to do. We golfed and hiked and shopped.

Thanksgiving Trip
This property sits on a shared property with the owner on site. The unit was well equipped, super clean and close to downtown. The backyard patio space was perfect to host my niece and her husband for Thanksgiving day dinner. The owner was very accommodating and quick in response. We did have a hard time finding the wood that was to be provided for the outdoor fire pit. We did eventually find some and it made the patio super inviting.

The Good and the Bad
Cute house inside. And nice landscaping and seating areas outside. Was hard to find since it is "co-located" with 2 other houses. One of the houses that is next door is on property that is not cared for with a bunch of junk cars and trailers. Also very surprised to discover that the house is almost right on the road. So with bedroom window open, a lot of road noise. Had to sleep with ear plugs. Listing mentioned that the key was in the lock box. No lock box to be found. Just an electronic keypad. I am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances and while the house did not suffer from this, the bedding and bed sheets sure did -which made sleeping in the otherwise comfortable bed uncomfortable for me. There is a very noticeable rattle in the bedroom when the heating system is operating. Enough to disturb a light sleeper's sleep. The house had a lot of positive aspects except for those things I mentioned. And I would also say that the requirements listed for checkout were unusual - as in clean all the dishes and put them away. Make sure the garbage is taken out. Strip the bed and put the sheets and pillow cases in the hamper - which I could never find. Finally, there is no clothes washer or dryer. That was unfortunate. But the kitchen is well stocked. They have some snacks and drinks which a lot of places don't. And despite the noise factors I mentioned, the inside is comfortable and well maintained.

The windows rock
This is a great location, fully in the pines, deer in the yard and great stay. Nice kitchen, large windows in the main living area that bring the outdoors in. Close to town, lakes and trails. Only thing missing was a grill but there were stones with grill rack out back if you have charcoal.

Look elsewhere. Dirty, cold, and no contact from owner.
Overall, it was a very nice property. However, if you have an issue and need to reach the owner, you will be out of luck, so just deal with it. HORRIBLE owner! Upon arrival, we found a dirty glass in the kitchen sink and had to clean dried-up toothpaste spittle on the bathroom mirror from previous renters. The owner has Visio TV, so no local channels or news and no network shows. Nights got to 57/56 degrees in the property, no heater controls for a renter to access, so it is the owner freezing out the renters. So, we were getting sick from sleeping in a cold room. We tried contacting the owner (Darla), number disconnected. Contacted her husband (Mike), who has advertisements for his business, two voicemails, and no callback. Contacted evolve, and they could not reach the owner for over a week. The owners have NO RESPECT for the people staying here. evolve, the property management company, was good, though. But still, look elsewhere.

Amazing home!
Wife and I were on a anniversary vacation. The location is perfect to get to downtown Prescott making getting to museums easy. Safeway is less than a mile. During our stay we had a few deer stop by for breakfast in the front yard. The home was clean and had everything we could as for plus more.

Perfect little getaway in nature
We wanted a little place to get out of the desert in the trees but close to town. This was perfect. We could walk to downtown Prescott (1.5 miles) for coffee and pasties and Grama’s bakery. The place had everything we needed. We had a family of deer, a javelina and some raccoons as visitors. Easy check-in process. Didn’t interact with the host but didn’t need to because everything was provided. The neighborhood was walkable. All in all a very nice stay for a quick weekend. Make a trip to watson lake for a beauty 5 mile hike. Thank you for a great time!

Quite get away!
My husband and I went up to Prescott to have a weekend of Mountain biking and relaxing. This adorable retreat was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I enjoyed having breakfast and bird watching on the tranquil back patio. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, and the living room is very comfortable with a soft love seat and two recliners with a hight table and chairs. As we were getting ready to drive off two beautiful dear appeared in the yard to cap off a wonderful weekend. Can't wait to go back!

Quiet, relaxing, comfortable. Good location. Close to town; and stores, & restaurants near-by. Need to use main residence address for GPS or for food delivery. Poor WiFi service,otherwise, great place to stay..Owners live in main residence on property. Very Nice, accommodating people!

My husband and I loved our stay. My husband was in his happy place hoping he was in a dream and we lived here full time lol. The home was clean, inviting, the owners went up and above having coffee, water and snacks upon our arrival. We had no issues and did not need to contact the owners for anything. A great bonus was the family of deer that feeds on the back patio area. Close to downtown, shopping Thanks to the owner Will stay here again if we come to town

Anniversary Getaway
We were looking for a long weekend getaway to celebration our 42nd wedding anniversary. The property had everything we needed, a private back patio, WI-FI, great dining/living room area to relax and get away from everyday life. While it isn't in a "primitive" area, it has wildlife, deer, javilina, birds, bunnies, to watch. It is close to the downtown Prescott area for finer dining, but also ordered great Pizza from Two Mamma's that was delivered with no problem.
