Not a good stay
The check in process was good and the staff was friendly. The room on the other hand was dirty and had no towels. I called down to the front desk and house cleaning services and they never brought any up. Luckily I had brought some of my own. The cost was 75.00 total with their resort fees and I feel that was over priced.

Would not stay there again terrible service
No showerhead after shower water all over the bathroom floor no remote control for TV took eight hours and A few complaints called for cleaning lady to mop up. Restroom floors was cold they do not service that only service pillow towel blanket but no cleanup service.

Nice state line hotel/casino
Room amenities were nice and upgraded. Staff was friendly hotel and casino were nice would have given 5 stars except for the smoke smell everywhere but as an older hotel hard to get rid of decades of smoke

This is a charming casino, but also showing its age. There was only one service clerk checking people in for the night. It was quite a wait. Our room's chain lock was broken, so my daughter had to wait in the line again to get a room change. Then I needed to go back down and wait in the line again to confirm the room change. Rooms had an odor to them. Showers are very low.
